Great food and great service! The place was clean, the prices were reasonable, and there were many options to choose from. I loved the orange chicken and beef fried rice. The egg rolls, fried chicken, and short rib teriyaki were also really good. Would definitely come back!

Grabbed the chicken teriyaki for lunch. No salad, just double rice, clearly made for people who aren’t here for leafy greens. The chicken hit the spot. My order didn’t take long, though I’ve noticed some reviews mention longer waits, which makes sense given how busy they are with pickup orders. There was a steady flow of people coming in to grab food, which usually reflects well on the food itself. I also felt the space could feel a bit warmer, but it seems like a work in progress. Solid spot if you’re grabbing food and heading out.

I just picked up chicken and beef teriyaki 12/13/2025. It took 45 minutes to get my food and no apology. And to make things worse, it was cold and i mean even colder than kitchen temperature! After that wait I expected it to be fresh off the grill. I couldn’t even warm it up so I had to eat it cold. The cold chicken was pretty moist but the beef was unpleasant like tough rehydrated jerky and not even recognizable as beef so I wouldn’t eat more than a couple pieces. What a crummy meal not to mention a waste of money and time.
Edit: also want to mention this was a really good teriyaki joint but owner/management must have changed.

The food was okay, shrimp was pretty uncooked. The guy in the checkout looked like he didn’t know what he was doing, and math and struggling on giving my change. Walls kinda plain but looking forward to wall decor. Keep up the good work thought.

Some of this is just due to things that they can not control, like the prices went up. That part is expected. But then they take things off the menu , but leave them as a choice. A choice you cant have. They have taken out half of the tables. And it is not a nice place to sit down and eat, I don’t think they clean much. I would suggest just take your cheap food and run away. And I mean cheap not in price but in quality. Today was my last visit, I will not be going back. there was not one thing about todays visit I can recommend. Not the good food, not the atmosphere, not the cleanliness, not anything good to see here.

Ordered the chicken breast teriyaki, what I received was dry and tough and tasteless. I’ve also had better rice pretty much everywhere else I have ever gone to for teriyaki. Avoid this lumpy dump of a fake restaurant.

Ichi Teriyaki has a pretty decent sized menu with a good array of choices. Prices are pretty average here, but the staff is very friendly and food gets made fairly quickly. Their portion sizes are a little bit smaller than I would like, but the food is pretty good. They make sure each dish is saucy enough which is sometimes something that’s lacking in other teriyaki restaurants. Their beef and broccoli is also pretty good.

I’d been coming to Ichi Teriyaki for many years when I still lived in Kent. It was always stupendous, with great presentation and memorable little salads (not just simple salads, but ones with broccoli and mushrooms and more) that came with the meals. Now? It is a poor shadow of what it once was. The teriyaki is plain and perfunctory, with just plain rice and doesn’t even include a salad at all. It was barely even cut and not, in some places. Also, the inside of the restaurant is still in some weird COVID state where there isn’t any Sriracha sauce or anything on the tables and you get a to go box when you dine in, not a plate. Sad. Also, the interior space for dining has been halved (as if to encourage you not to eat in), with a big airwall put in to stop you from sitting in the other half. Why? So I’m sitting there almost 1 foot away from people at the next table hearing loudly in my ear about their dating life.
Again, very sad to see. This restaurant used to be the benchmark of teriyaki restaurants to me but now I think it’s on the very bottom.
