Old-fashioned, longtime Chinese joint in a strip mall preparing traditional Sichuan & Peking dishes.

Ordered take out through door dash and a mistake was made i paid for a full serving of potstickers 8 (13.99). And received a half order of 4 (7.99). When I called asking what I could do, I could not understand the person on the phone who started to yelled at me in their language then hung up on me. I will not spend my money in a business that is rude to customers when they made a mistake. My receipt showed I was charged the 13.99 for a full order. The chow mein was swimming in oil, what potstickers we got were tasty.
Thankfully doordash saw the receipt and the restaurants mistake and refunded me the difference. But I will never order from such a rude and disrespectful business again

First timer here and oh my goodness! It was soo good I can’t wait to eat the leftovers later. Please, if you come order the cherry chicken! It is by far the best dish I have ever had at a Chinese restaurant!!! I will come here as often as possible because WOW I took the photos after we devoured it (we got cherry chicken, lemon chicken, chicken chow mein, and chicken fried rice) I’m so amazed by the food that I almost forgot the service was also amazing, so sweet and friendly and thorough, very welcoming and as I mentioned I will be back!

Picked up Spats Waller at the mall because his wife was on one of those 6 hour shopping sprees, he had been following her around like a scolded dog for 45 minutes, and couldn’t take it anymore! Well, he got in my truck with his lucky silver dollar in hand, and said “Heads we go to Hanks joint to drink or Tails we go to Frank & Yuen’s for Chinese food” Well…either one was fine with me, and it came up Tails!
So, we pretty much just drove across the street to Frank & Yuen’s Chinese restaurant and had an amazing lunch!
5 stars all day long! ☆☆☆☆☆

My husband and I had been looking for an authentic Chinese food restaurant for awhile now. Hearing from a few people Feank and Yuen’s was the place to try. It was definitely a good recommendation. While the atmosphere is a bit outdated , the service and food made up for that. Our server was so nice, and you could see she has been a part of this establishment for awhile but still enjoyed her job. So the wantons with sweet and sour sauce come out first with a delicious vegetable soup. I really enjoyed that. I ordered the orange chicken with steamed rice while my husband had the Kung Pao chicken with steamed rice. Not only did we have enough for lunch at the restaurant but we had dinner for that night also. Paying the $50 plus tip was well worth two meals for each of us that day. And the food was delicious. So I give Frank and Yuen’s a 4 out of 5 stars.

I just received a DoorDash order from Peking Restaurant, that appeared to come from Frank & Yuan’s in Fairfield, just off of West Texas. I am glad that you are keeping the business going. I have been eating at your establishment for 25+ years. I enjoyed most of my order, the pork and shrimp Shau Mia was tough but flavorful, the potstickers were OK, the dipping sauce was a little sweet. The green onion pancakes were flaky and tasted wonderful. Thank you for adding chili crisp oil to my order. Please don’t compromise your quality! I want to taste more of your delicious food.

Great place for authentic Chinese cuisine! They’re well known for their cherry pork / chicken, which is a definitely must-try. Their prices and portions are hard to beat. I highly recommend this place if you’re out in Fairfield. We’ll be coming back for more!

The menu, for some reason, doesn’t list necessary details about dishes. The detail in particular being the meat, which includes shrimp, that is included in the egg flower soup. Said soup was for my mother, who has a shellfish allergy. Not once did they ask about meat options, just made the nonsense and handed it off.
New ownership isn’t cutting it. If this ends in a hospital trip, we’re going to have bigger problems.

This restaurant is one of our favorites. Our server bumped it up even higher. She was friendly, joyful, and very welcoming. The food, as expected, was srumdilliicious! We soup, wontons, and egg rolls. I had the chicken chow fun. Hubby had Happy Family. Generous servings, which we were able to take home for dinner.
