Walk-in only (for dine in and take out). No frills sushi restaurant. Japanese ran restaurant, English menu and speaking staff. They offer a 7-piece and a 9-piece nirigi set options as well as a la carte options, in addition to sushi rolls and sides. We tried every nigiri item on the menu and loved every one of them (and ordered seconds and thirds. Very reasonably priced, especially being located in the center of town. The miso soup is a great way to start the dinner, especially on a cold wet evening – loaded with tons of vegetables and not too salty! Generous portions of edamame and a great selection of sake (hot, cold, and sparkling) and beer.
Entire meal was well paced, even when the restaurant was busy, the service staff did their best to pace the meal.
We arrived at 5:30pm and sushi was served within 20 min, shortly after we finished our soup and appetizers.
Great service, the staff and chef were super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended for patrons dining alone or visiting as small group of friends or family.
(We were too busy eating, got carried away by the delicious food and forgot to take more photos of the food)

A small, cozy local sushi spot with a very relaxed atmosphere.

The chef prepares each piece carefully right in front of you, which adds to the experience.
The fish was extremely fresh, especially the seasonal selections. Nothing flashy, but well-balanced sushi that really lets the quality of the ingredients shine. The rice-to-fish ratio was spot on, and every piece was satisfying.

Friendly and Good Service, English speaking waitress. Food not up to expectations, fish thickness is adequate but some flaky, rice have 50% uncooked grains in them, ginger slice are good, wasabi fresh. Tea are non free flow. Had their 9 piece set x3 @7.5k ea n 7 piece set x4 @5+k ea for 7 pax.

Small place tucked near the main intersection. Absolutely fantastic sushi. Felt very local versus the bigger , more touristy locations. More importantly, the sushi is fantastic and the service very good. Reasonably priced!

We stumbled upon this place and had such a good meal that we returned on the last night of our stay.

It is a small restaurant (we didn’t have an issue getting a seat, but visited mid March for a relatively early dinner 6pm and 7pm), I would imagine it can get busy during peak season.

Incredible sushi, made fresh in front of you. We also tried the seared wagyu sushi (which melted in the mouth), miso soup, edamame and a variety of hot and cold sakes.

Everything was delicious. The service was exceptional and we felt the price was good value compared to other places in Niseko (the same price as what we would pay for quality sushi at home in Australia).

This place was a hidden gem! We didn’t have a reservation for Christmas eve and our friend found this place that is walk-in only. The sushi were such good value, the fish was fresh especially the hamachi. The miso soup was a must with so much ingredient and not overly salty.
The staffs were very friendly and spoke good English. The atmosphere is more relaxed if you are looking for a place that is cozy after a long ski day.

Was craving for sushi and decided to check out this place.

It’s a small shop with limited seats. We’re lucky as it was still early.

The menu is rather simple. So we ordered the 5/7/9 piece sushi sets. Added some Ala carte items such as the Wagyu beef sushi and had sparkling sake.

Fresh ingredients and am satisfied with the meal. Perfect pairing with sparkling sake.

A superb sushi and sake restaurant. We came for an early meal on a Saturday night and were very impressed by the quality of food and the superb hospitality.

We both had the miso soup and thoroughly recommend it. I had the 9 piece sushi set and it was fantastic. I also had a drink of the Kamikawa Junmai Daiginjo sake which I can also recommend.

Thanks for your kindness with the Japanese names for everything.

What a hidden gem! We were lucky to be seated right away and had the best sushi and sake we’ve had whilst in Hokkaido. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and a fair price for sushi.

This place is a hidden gem. Small establishment with very friendly staff. Sit at the bar for a more intimate experience, it’s worth it. The food was fantastic. We did the 7 piece set and every bite was amazing. Would absolutely go back.
