Very bad attitude of the employees and MANAGER.The girl took the order had language problem.Happened twice different days. They made my order wrong. I ordered chicken philly,they gave me steak instead. When I went back to talk to them to the store, manager or owner, whoever that guy is had a very bad attitude. Only words came out of his mouth was. this food is going to waste.No apology or anything The girl who took order, can bearly speak english or understand, that man wasn’t ready to listen It was her fault.I know i’m not the only one had this problem. Same thing happened to my daughter’s friend.They made her order wrong as well on a different day. Same girl took her order too.
I left food there, will never go back to that location.

I’m so glad Charley’s Cheesesteaks are popping up, it’s been awhile since I’ve had one at Randall Mall (telling my age) but any who, it’s still really good. This time I got the wings and they were exactly what I was looking for. My husband had the chicken Philly, it had plenty of meat and for the size it was worth the price. Recommend for lunch or just needing a quick snap.

I purchased a large steak sandwich with extra meat, banana peppers, and pickles. When i got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order: regular size, no extra meat, no banana peppers, and no pickles. I called to complain. I was told by their customer service, Rose, to forward a copy of the receipt, and I will be compensated with reward points to purchase another large steak sandwich. I complied with their request. This was nearly three weeks ago, but there is no compensation. I called again today, and Rose, customer service, said I needed to send a photo of the messed up order. I reminded her the order was placed three weeks ago, I do not have a photo, and i asked her why she didn’t ask for that in the first place. She claimed she did, which is erroneous. I have her email reply confirming she received a copy of the receipt. She never mentioned she needed the photo of the sandwich. I believe their tactic is to delay and hope that you give up. If they are this disingenuous with customer service, how are they any better when it comes to hygiene and quality ingredients in their shops. I would not recommend patronizing Charley’s Cheesesteaks in Solon, Ohio. I certainly will not.

Went for the first time, spur of the moment and honestly I wish we didn’t go. The chicken was so dry, i had to drink so much to get it down. But also.. why was there like 1/2 cup of shredded chicken on a giant roll. There was more bread then stuffing which kinda blows my mind. The menu shows pictures that looked nothing like my sandwich. You could close it and you wouldn’t be able to see any food between the bread. Also got charged .60 cents on my sons kids meal when the option on the menu is ranch or wing sauce… said ranch and got charged extra lol makes no sense if it’s an option to pick for the kids meal.

Very disappointed with my service! Being that I was on my lunch break, so I was crunched for time…I ordered a bacon three cheese, with extra mushroom. Cashier was checking through my food talking over it song is it mushroom on my sub and it wasn’t. He was literally getting ready to finger through my food. I stopped him and then he went to get a glove. I told him no don’t do that! They have me mushroom on the side after waiting longer. The biggest problem was when I got all the way to work my meat was discolored with what looked like pink marker of some such! Completely disgusted, I went without eating at all. Thanks Charlies! All the money I spend with you guys!

Ordered a 10pc wing and paid full price. Only to find that not only was the BBQ sauce watered-down but I was missing some wings. I don’t know if someone ate one or someone can’t count. But returning to this one is pointless. For years I’ve always like Charley’s and it’s always that one store that puts a stain on the company’s service and reputation.
