My parents always go here, and I decided to check it out the other day. Their presentation of dishes is beautiful, and I loved their chicken katsu and fried ice cream. Even though it was pretty quiet when I went, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was spot on. This place is super close to where I live and still takeout sushi from here!

I can’t remember the name of the dish, but it was great: nice blend of different flavors and textures, and they had a brown rice option. Extremely tasty at a good price; I’ll definitely go back when i can.
The pic on the right was a daily special: Crunchy Tuna Roll. It was also great; also prepared quickly. Brown rice option was $1 extra, but the prices on the menu were fair and I do want to come back and try other dishes.

I always drive by Ichi Sushi and have never ordered. They must have a wide delivery area because they delivered all the way to Belmar. Pretty cool. The food was good. The chicken teriyaki had solid flavor with tender chicken. It wasn’t oily either. The sushi was lovely. The lover roll or something like that came fresh. The rock shrimp also had good flavor but difficult to stay crispy with delivery. I would order from here again.

Third time eating here. First time was take out the first week they opened. I was surprised how good it was. I returned with a friend to eat at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and once again the food was very good.
I went today for lunch and did not disappoint. The yellowtail here is particularly better than pretty much all the other places I’ve gone to in the area (yellowtail is my favorite). The eel is also really good. The octopus wasn’t quite as good as last time, but still easily beats out everywhere else in the area. Fried gyoza was good. Texture and taste all indicate fresh quality.
Can safely recommend this to everyone and have been since the second time I went. It’s good to have a dependable high quality option for sushi when not in the mood to try new locations. 5/5

I was very impressed by the quality and size of the sushi rolls from Ichi. They have so much flavor and the service is very fast and attentive. I will definitely be a regular.. Highly recommend.

Will definitely be back. Food was very good. Pictured are the Hawaii Poke Bowl and the Pink Bliss Bowl. Everyone was happy and smiling. Good service. Also had seafood soup which was outstanding. I’m so happy this place opened and plan to visit again soon.

The sushi here is delicious! The fried rolls are one of the best I’ve had. We got the American Dream Roll, Summer Roll, and Middlesex Roll. All were so good and fresh. The presentation on the plates were so cute too! This is definitely our new sushi spot.

Won’t be back here after the mess this establishment had on Valentine’s Day. Now yes, it is Valentine’s Day and you expect it to be busy but I placed my order at 6:29, was quoted 50 minutes. My husband went there and waited in the lobby for TWO HOURS among a crowd of people experiencing the same. The staff was clueless as to orders coming in, when they would be ready. They prioritized Door Dash and not first come first serve. 2 hours is unacceptable so my husband spent Valentine’s day waiting for food that next came. At 8:55 he called me saying he walked out. They kept saying 10 minutes, 10 minutes and after another hour of waiting he walked out. Their online system should have been closed if they were overwhelmed. Now for this reason, will never go back here.
