In town on a business trip and decided to stop by. You can never go wrong with Cold Stone. The staff here is friendly, professional and helpful. The store was very clean and bright inside. Very little wait to order. I love all the choices here. They had exactly what I wanted and took just a minute to make it. Love this store.

Had the WORST experience! Whoever the three girls that was working tonight had big attitude problem. Made us feel very annoying. I got a kid size, and this is how much I got. Literally under half of the cup. We come here frequently, but this time was very upsetting. Paid 20 dollars for two of these sizes with the same amount of ice cream, and a small waffle bowl. Never was treated like this smh.

Consistently great ice cream! I have always loved the signature birthday cake remix and we also tried the banana bread seasonal signature today and both were great! Clean restuarant with great employees and quick service. Currently the dining room is still closed and the restrooms are closed.

I was having an awful day so to fix it – of course I got ice-cream. I haven’t been to Coldstone in ages, but the employees were incredible. They are so creative and come up with the best combinations of ingredients to make awesome cones and sundaes. One million stars out of five, this place rocks.

Cold Stone is one of my favorite ice cream places and I really do love their signature creations. That was the case at this Cold Stone as well but what was different was that I found a hair in my cup. So even though I hate to do this to Cold Stone, I have to remove a couple of stars ✨ from my overall rating.

My husband and I were very disappointed with the service. There was not even a bathroom to wash our hands before eating, no ice cream samples, no seating inside available and on top of that the ice cream was overpriced. We don’t want to to back there. We would rather drive further to Roanoke to The Blue Cow and get a better ice cream experience where the staff treat you better with more appreciation for your service and more reasonable pricing.

My service was excellent. I order some pretty picky ice cream creations, and they made them (our server was Meghan) happily and precisely. She even boxed them up in to-go bowls cleanly and made sure they didn’t spill anywhere. Coldstone is on the pricey side, for sure, but I was pleased with this experience and would recommend them.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would, I’ve never had a good experience here, the workers are rude and seem like they don’t even want to be doing their job, I’ve not once seen a manager there, the milkshakes are always way too runny. And way overpriced and it’s not that good. The staff never seems to want to help either. And there’s one girl who has a god awful additude.
