I’ve been loving corn dogs as of late, so I decided to stop by iceberg on Saturday 10/11 for lunch, and was verrrry disappointed. The tops of the corns dogs were charred and so crunchy. They were so hot when we left the drive thru by the time I pulled them out we were too far away We happily would have waited if they had to remake them, they were not good until we pulled off all the charred pieces and ate the rest. They are expensive so I am disappointed we got that quality.
Would love a coupon to go back and try them again.

Stopped by this afternoon and honestly had one of the smoothest fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The line moved faster than I expected, and whoever was working was genuinely friendly, and upbeat.
My order came out hot, accurate, and packed neatly (small detail, but it matters). The inside of the restaurant was clean, and it felt like the team had it together even though it was a busy time.
It’s rare that everything clicks at once, but they nailed it today. Definitely coming back.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Does anyone truly want the cookie dough in their cookie-dough shake blended so that any cookie dough is shredded into tiny pieces all over the shake?!
I was hoping the first time was just a poor employees decision to blend up the cookie dough. But they did it again a second time – gross. I don’t know anywhere else that shreds up the cookie dough in the ice cream when you choose cookie dough as a mix-in. Weird, and not good.

I love Iceburg but hate this location. It’s not good. Over the past year my husband and I have gone for shakes on 3 occasions and not once have I received what I ordered. First time I ordered a pistachio shake with brownie chunks and there were no brownies in it when we got home to eat it. Another time I ordered lemon with cheesecake chunks. I got a lemon with no cheesecake in it. I figured it HAD to be a fluke even though it happened twice. Tonight, I ordered raspberry with Oreo and my husband ordered caramel apple. No joke, his had apple flavor and ZERO caramel and mine was raspberry with ZERO Oreo. Sorry, but three strikes you’re out. We gave the benefit of the doubt, got charged for extra mix ins each time and never got them. We won’t be returning to this location.
Edit to add: We live in east Lehi and have taken our shakes home so we’re unable to get our orders remade without driving 20 minutes back out.

Great service, excellent food, and fun atmosphere. The shakes are divine and huge. A kiddie size was plenty for me. Tables and booths are inside or the drive thru option is super convenient. Orders come out fast. Mini size cake batter is pictured last.

I have always loved going to Iceberg because the food is delicious. However, this time I was severely disappointed. They seemed to be running on very low staff at the time and in the rush of things, an employee walked into the back to make shakes and his hair wasn’t pulled back at all. His hair was maybe long enough to touch the bottom of his face and he had bangs over his eyes. I was disgusted to not only see that, but to imagine all of the food that his hair has fallen into. I personally don’t work in the food industry, but that has to be breaking some food safety protocols.
I hope you guys can figure whatever is going on at that location. Not sure if I’ll come back.

On Friday September 19th a large group of us went to the Saratoga Springs, Utah iceberg location. Dale and the other staff that were there were great. Dale stood out by making sure all of our needs were met. We had some dine in and also some carry out. He kept our carry out orders cold if it was ice cream, and warm if it was food. Dale is a great asset, and you can tell he cares about the work he does. I was not the only person in our group to notice his efforts. When I mentioned to him I was impressed, he gave the credit to the kitchen staff working in the back. That’s an example of true leadership, giving others credit.

First time trying Iceberg in Saratoga Springs and I was honestly impressed. The food came out fast and hot, and everything tasted super fresh. I got a double cheeseburger and fries, and both were solid. Not overcomplicated—just really good.
But the highlight for me was the shake. I ordered the raspberry cheesecake one and it was hands down one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. Super thick, full of flavor, and not overly sweet.
Also, the staff was really polite and the whole place felt clean and well-kept. It’s definitely the kind of spot you stop at once and end up coming back to. Loved it.

If you have not been to an Iceberg you are missing out on a great Utah tradition! Love the pastrami burger and tots! Honestly, it is all good. They are known for their shakes and all of the flavor options.
