We took our kids for a day of play (ages range from 10 to 19) and we all had a great time. Unlike some other game rooms, the majority of the games actually work and are fun to play. 4 of us were able to play multiple games together so, which you can’t usually find. We opted to have lunch at the restaurant close to the end of play and EVERYONE enjoyed everything they had!!!! Totally SHOCKED, as the other game rooms typically have overpriced microwaved ( so it seems) food and snacks. The garlic Parmesan fries were so good, we googled to find the copycat recipe while we were onsite! My 14?year old said the ribs were AMAZING…. fall off the bone amazing! My guy said his chicken pizza was one of the bests he’s had! The older babies loved their burgers! We are totally going back as a family and he and I will be going on a date day . The managers were also very nice and helpful. The female manager (forgot her name, so sorry) helped my guy locate his smart glasses that were misplaced while we were playing.

We always enjoy Dave and Buster’s. This one if fun for children AND adults. The games are fun for all ages and the restaurant that’s inside is really really good. From Philadelphia Pennsylvania to Germantown Tennessee and all the cities that we’ve visited between. Every single time… every state… every city… the food at Dave and Buster’s was worth going way out of the way for! The kids loves the games, but for the kids or on dates, I was there for the food lol.

We showed up at 7:00 pm for the Veterans Day free entrée and $10 Power Card. The front desk was completely empty. A hostess walked by, didn’t greet us, didn’t say a word, and we stood there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us.
Our server, Divine, was the bright spot—polite, made a few good under-$20 recommendations, and did what she could. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a mess. Several staff members stared at us while we waited and the tone in the room felt openly hostile. At 7:50 pm a manager (we were told his name was “David,” but the hostess seemed unsure) told us our food would be out in three minutes. We finally received it at 8:30 pm—forty minutes later.
What made it worse: we overheard staff complaining about veterans coming in for the free meals and not tipping. It’s Veterans Day—the whole point of the promo is to honor service, not gripe about it in front of guests. For the record, my family and I did tip, despite the problems.
To top it off, it was my wife’s birthday. We were promised a complimentary birthday dessert at 8:00 pm. We waited until 10:00 pm and no one ever brought it or checked back. Because service dragged so long, I even missed Outback Steakhouse’s Veterans Day free meal, which closed at 9:00 pm.
I’ll be contacting BBB and Dave & Buster’s corporate about this outrageous waste of time and the way guests were made to feel. Leadership at this location needs a serious reset—better staffing at the host stand, honest wait-time updates, basic follow-through on birthday promises, and training on how to treat veterans and all guests with respect. Divine tried, but one conscientious server can’t fix a culture like this.
Bottom line: One star. We won’t be back

Host didn’t tell me about any deals so started off over paying but I take the blame for not researching before coming ok. It’s 2 adults 3 kids we are seated drink order taken took 15mins we order food when drinks arrive it took over a hour for food my son drop his drink in front of waited she was so rude had to ask her to replace his drink and spill never got cleaned and been sitting under and around the table with small busy kids . If you’re black I don’t recommend this location…

My god…. Dave has consulted adults about the menu. I was left speechless “lacys chicken”, absolutely delicous. Green beans grilled chicken breast. My kids ordered the normal burgers/ fries. I was so happy to wait at the table and have real food. As usual they are lightly staffed so it takes time to get service, but once someone is assigned it was delightful curteous service. WILL COME HERE INSTEAD OF OTHER COMPETITORS because i dont have to eat slop. Thank god for Dave’s

Visit this location Sat afternoon 1/17/26. it wasnt crowded at all, but it took over an hour for two burgers and fries. The young lady that waited on us, keep checking on us and was ensuring that the food will be out soon. It was just two of us. Now after reading some of the other views, I’m assuming this is just how they are with bringing the food out. On another note, the sweet potato fries were delicious.

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience here. We did have fun playing games, but when it came to ordering drinks and food, the service was extremely lacking. People were nice, no concerns in that regard, it was just extremely difficult to order and it felt a bit like we were invisible in a mostly empty bar. When we did order, we had to go find someone to ask about it after nearly an hour sitting at the bar, in order to actually get the dessert we ordered. I wouldn’t have even minded the wait if at any point someone had come near enough so I could order a refill of my drink while waited. The brownie a la mode we ordered was still cold in the middle, but the flavor was okay.

I visited during my vacation in Memphis and have to highlight Jessica’s amazing service she was so fun and friendly! The place is incredible; I can’t even describe how much fun I had playing it made me feel like a kid again. The drinks are fantastic, and while the food is a bit spicy, you can ask them to leave the spice out if that’s not your thing. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!

went here today to have some fun for my birthday, we had looked up the menu beforehand and were super excited to try the garlic parm fries. we ordered garlic parm fries & funnel cake fries. we waited at least 30 minutes just for those two things. when she brought out the garlic parm fries we immediately noticed they were soggy & cold, we politely asked for some more because of this. the waitress took the plate and came back with the same plate a couple minutes later, it was very obvious all she did was put them in the microwave, so now they were hot but still extremely soggy & greasy & gross looking. the flavor was ok, but i couldn’t eat them just due to the texture so my friend ended up eating what she could. we usually tip well over 20% but we did not appreciate it her attempt to deceive us & that was reflected in the tip. overall not satisfied. we DEFINITELY expected hot & crispy fries for $13 a plate and i don’t feel like that’s unreasonable.
