The ice cream was fine, but the issue was their deceptive price gouging. There is no clear menu with prices and I later found out why. They have their banana split at 10.50 and a waffle cone with one scoop is almost the same at $9.50. but they get people because next to the waffle cone they have a little paper that says $2.75 making it look like the waffle cone is $2.75, but then it says right under “plus the price of the scoop”. Why not just list out the price of the whole thing?? They scam customers at the register telling each customer different prices. I paid 40 dollars exact for 3 waffle cones and a banana split. Always ask for the receipt. Also their customer service was not welcoming and dismissive when I asked about how much a waffle cone was. Because they know what they are doing. Never going back. You can go to City place at “Eately” and get a waffle cone one scoop for 7.25.

Good ice cream. Two employees very nice. Appreciated they gave us samples since they had some flavors we never had. I ended up choosing vanilla chocolate chip. Sat outside to enjoy it.

They say “it’s not what someone says, it’s how they make you feel.” On this beautiful Labor Day weekend , the experience unfortunately made us feel like we didn’t matter.
The Ice Cream Club in Manalapan truly shines when it comes to ice cream . The flavors are outstanding — creamy, fresh, and full of variety. It’s the kind of place you want to keep coming back to for the product alone.
That said, the customer service hasn’t matched the same level of excellence . I even turned to my wife and asked, “Was it me, or was she kind of standoffish and rude?” She replied, “It hasn’t been the first time. You should probably do a review at this point.”
I always leave a tip , but not this time. That says it all. Hopefully this review serves as constructive feedback ✍️, because with a more welcoming and attentive approach, The Ice Cream Club could easily turn an already great product into a true five-star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

What’s better than ice cream at the beach? Outstanding ice cream at the beach! This place is fantastic. Well located on A1A across the street from the Eau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan, close to Palm Beach and not far from Boca and Delray. Great ride up or down A1A to get there.
Top notch service, great setting. Don’t miss the Stellar Coffee ice cream if available – one of the rotating flavors.

I heard people raving about this place in West Palm Beach, drove all the way to Manalapan to try it, and was not disappointed! Amazing selection of ice cream and toppings, including at least 5 kinds of nuts and a combo topping of all the nuts together. The mint special is the best!

I love this Ice Cream place and tried to go in this afternoon at 4:25 pm with a friend. There were 4 customers waiting and the employee asked if we could all wait 10 to 15 minutes while he decided to mop the floor during business hours. I understand that if someone spilled something you may need to clean up a small area of the floor but the entire floor does not need to be done while people wait outside in the heat. At least 4 or 5 customers walked away to go to another establishment. That being said the ice cream is delicious and I don’t want to be a Karen but really wanted this ice cream today.
