My wife and I had been hearing how Domino’s had improved and wanted to try it when we got our pizza home it was the wrong order. We we called them about it the manager hung up the phone. When we got back up there he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about after making another pizza it still was wrong so we just took it and left. Did notice while they were making the pizza no one wears gloves and were wiping their hands on there pants. We will never go back

Be aware of ordering times. Placed order at 6pm, email and time were advising 15 minutes. At 15 minutes I headed for the store, checked tracker on the way to only learn the food was still in prep stage and not into the oven. I waited for the alert that the food was ready, which was 30 minutes after ordering. I approach the window only to be told its not all ready, and need another 6-8 minutes. No apologies, or sympathy for the situation I’m now in. I have to wait. By the time I get home it was 50 minutes from order to retrieval. Knowing it would have been that long I may have picked another pizza company. Reached out to customer service, have yet to hear back. Very poor experience.

Ordered pizza at 733pm, 2 hours later and they didn’t deliver my pizza. Here’s my experience: I’m waiting for the my order and looking at the driver on the app, finally they get to my location, I go outside to my porch to get my order and the delivery driver named Meghan drives past me, I’m on my porch waving at her and she drives past, I’m watching her drive around in a circle around the park, literally, I’m still trying to wave at her and she doesnt see me. I have to physically walk down the road wave her down. She goes into her car to get my order and she says “the store must have forgotten to give me your order.” I tell her to cancel the order. Call the store to make sure they cancel and speak with Eric who tells me the Delivery driver was so bad “she forgot my order at the store.” How Is that even possible? They have scan that out, I don’t see how this is possible. They do not deserve sympathy for bad customer service, idc if it’s been busy, no customer should have to worry about it being busy, you should expect good service, that is NO EXCUSE for forgetting a customers order. Never buy from this store, be warned. Jeremy if you are reading this I hope you understand that this is subpar, I don’t think anyone would be happy about service like this. I even took video when Meghan drove past me and kept on driving and driving around dazed and confused. So if you want no pizza, 2 hours of waiting and bad customer service, you know where to go.

This place flat out sucks compared to the Domino’s at 985 Shadeland Avenue that is so close. Portions are worse ln pasta (less sauce and noodles) delivery is much slower, always. Thats about it. Delivery people are nice when they show up finally. Never been to the actual store. I recommend you avoid this particular dominos though and order from the Shadeland store for a better experience. Unless your desperate and need Delivery like I sometimes do. I really really pray corporate shuts the store down soon or the franchisee just stops so the Shadeland store can deliver food to my new house again like they used too. The Shadeland store is closer to me still! It makes no sense. But yeah this place sucks. Avoid it. After reading some of the other reviews about cockroachs and people not wearing gloves i’m glad I canceled my order tonight and got Papa Johns instead and i’ll never eat from this Domino’s again, ever. Carryout from Shadeland from here on out. That store is a GREAT dominos

…never ever again will this location receive my money and ive been coming here for years- every time i order the build your own bowl for my son they always add chicken- he’s autistic and doesn’t like it- tonight a young worker slammed the window upset that it was wrong- I simply was letting her know that she must do better with her frustration- the manager was no different- I was trying to ask what I needed to do to ensure that this doesn’t happen every time- the young girl may be a child, but she’s still an employee- there is nothing wrong letting them both know to handle things better- I not once raised my voice, never cursed at all- it’s really sad that the manger showcased the example she did in front of her staff- it’s always our people- always- never ever ever again. triflin behaviors- same people you see at church talkin bout amen- unreal- do better.

Ordered from here Friday night 10/24/25. Pizza delivered. Opened box and a roach came out and ran across my kitchen counter. Never eat from this place. We live in a nice clean home, never had bugs….thank God I saw it and killed immediately. threw it all outside in trash…. never again. truly awful, disgusting and scary… first time I have ever had anything like this happen to me… it was delivered by Dominos.

I was accidentally sent the wrong order and was having an awful day all around. Whoever picked up the phone today was super kind and friendly, and offered to remake my food, even though i’m sure they were busy with dinner rush. Thank you Domino’s team i really appreciate y’all

Worst costumer service EVER! Racist and rude like I have never experienced before in this country. The old man’s that’s identifies himself as semi deff and two young white girls gave me an cold pizza almost an hour after I order it and this thanks that I came to them to ask for the pizza because they didn’t notify me, they didn’t put any dressing and I came to ask for it, they watched me and ignore me as I was any animal, when I finally call they attention this old man screamed in my face they were closed not realizing that seconds before he just gave me an incomplete order, he was not polite enough to just give some ranch, just scream that I have to pay it which I was willing to (knowing that in any other place they just give it to you) He scream again they are already closed and rudely closed the window in my face, never before I’ve been treated this way.

EDIT: After 2 hrs the ENTIRE replacement order was wrong! And I thought great customer service! Won’t be ordering from here again! Pizza was so hard and cold missing an entire pizza and my lemonade! No sauce on pizza everything was delivered terribly made the worst dominoes I’ve ever had.
My order was canceled I guess by accident by a staff member so after waiting an hr I called and spoke with jilly I believe and Nathanial! I’m a supervisor and I’d like to say this team completely took care of it immediately and kind and made it right. I am one happy customer! This is what you call customer service that you do not see these days anymore!
