Ice Cream Company is an ice cream shop that serves as a nonprofit job training site for those in the community with barriers to employment. Training people with special needs, English language learners and people who have completed a recovery program is our passion!
Our other passions are homemade ice cream, sandwiches, homemade burgers, salads and other treats. Our treats rotate and may include chocolate dipped edible cookie dough, brownies, Oreo truffles, Cotton Candy Glitter Fizzies to glam your clear, carbonated beverages, and others.
We cater any of the above, call us to order! Thank you for supporting employment training in our community. Enrich & Employ is a 501C3 nonprofit, your donation creates jobs and is tax deductible.

What can I say other than this place has always been a childhood favorite! Great memories of coming to this place for Lalapoloozas and happens to be my husband’s first job as a kid. I’m excited to see the new vegan options and coconut base for creamy velvety finish. I ordered the double scoop sugar cone but texture did not sit well on cone, which I do not mind, and put in a cup with an extra serving and cone on top. My husband loves their chocolate shake with choco chips!

It wasnt anything amazing, the sandwiches were ok, they didnt give us any napkins. But they do support employing people for thoes with past substance abuse issues, so 100% props to them for that! Gave them an extra start for that.

The Ice Cream Company is the best place for ice cream in Modesto, it’s pretty cheap and yummy too. It has a great kid friendly atmosphere and it’s a good place for family dining. Their menu has several different tasty food options as well. I like to get the French dip, it’s served with au jus and is mouth watering-ly delicious.

I don’t think we have had a horrible time, the last time we were here we had Patrick as the server and he was wonderfully hilarious. He was highly tolerant of my 5 year old’s tired, extra attitude. We had a great lunch with super dessert after. It is a bit on the pricey side but I tend to say it is worth it. We leave happy and full.
