I stopped in around 1:00 on Tuesday afternoon. I was able to quickly order, wasnt alot to choose from. All the tables in the dining area were dirty and no napkins in the holders. Seemed like everyone was more interested in socializing and playing on their cell phones than anything else. Very disappointing experience

I guess they don’t get many orders for chicken Franchise because they couldn’t understand over the phone what I was ordering so I was put on hold for 3 & 1/2 minutes. When I got home the dish was full of barely yellow water. I guess the didn’t drain the pasta nearly enough. It didn’t have much flavor. I don’t recommend it and won’t order it again.

Honestly this is my favorite pizza shop. The vibe is there, the counter girls are on top of it and the food always hits. The owners really keep it together and give great service. If you havent stopped to talk to them you should. Amazing people including staff. The prices are efficient, even when ordering delivery, the fee is cheaper than every other place. You always get your food fresh and hot. If you haven’t tried this shop yet, you should. You might make it your regular stop, I know I did.

Order two orders of wings, a cheese pizza and Fettuccine Alfredo. The pizza was fine but the “wings” are chunks of dried chicken with no flavor whatsoever and the Alfredo tasted like wet noodles. Had to throw out the wings and Alfredo as they weren’t even eatable. So disappointed.

This is my favorite place to eat! Not only is the food always fresh, hot, and delicious. But the owners & staffing are exceptional! They all have amazing customer service! Everyone is very friendly, fast, and efficient. The store is clean and organized. I always have and always will recommend I love NY Pizza in Hudson Falls!

Great little place. 2 slices of pizza, 2 drinks and even tipped for a total under $8. Can’t beat that and their restrooms were clean. Nice atmosphere and the staff was nice.

We showed up at 8:00 and they closed at 9:00 and they still took us and we had a large party great food great atmosphere great service definitely well worth your time to go get their Pizza we had an everything the crust was perfect and the cheese stretched for ever and 2 subs was delicious

Pizza and wings weren’t bad, could use more sauce, didn’t seem like there was any on the pizza, but it reheated pretty well. Not bad, but for NYC there is no shortage of pizza places to eat from so we will probably try a few others and may update this review at a later date.
