Fun stop!!! Boba drinks, acia bowls, ice cream by the scoop. The employees were super nice and explained all the options. Definitely a fun stop if you need a sweet treat !

Honestly, I was hesitant on leaving a review due to not knowing if its a mom and pap shop struggling to stay in business or not….
But I believe positive criticism can be vital.
It’s cluttered with overpriced candy and shelves, and the smell is horrible. As for the ice cream which low end frozen yogurt and the only thing my kids tried, well it’s not to be bragged about. 20 dollars for two ice cream cones and the ice cream tastes like it had been in a freezer for ages and stored with other food you know like when you put frozen meat in your freezer and you forget about it and it’s been in there forever and ever and when you pull it out it has ice flakes all over it! I’d suggest if you’re ever looking for a place that serves great ice cream that’s homestyle made an awesome atmosphere and a welcoming vibe you should go to leatherby’s family creamery

I see why this place is rated so low. I was nearby and saw they had vegan options, so I thought I would try it despite the low reviews. I sampled all but one of their vegan flavors, as I don’t do coffee. None of them were very good, and they didn’t taste as frozen as I thought they should either. The worker was also very rude, the place smelled weird, and she was playing music about strippers and other sexual content, which is inappropriate for an ice cream shop. I’m only giving a second star because they have vegan options, and a lot of places don’t.

Dirty store with unfriendly staff. $5 for one small scoop of old, poor quality ice cream (kiddie cup). The senior staff member watched loud videos on her phone with customers present. Disappeared when new customers arrived.

It was super nice. The food is delicious and super tasty. The ambience is amazing. My baby girl love the ice cream and foods so much. The service is extra. Gonna say that we’re really going back in this place. percent recommended ❤️

We just went here tonight to have a treat with our niece, nephew and their grandmother. We ordered our items to stay. They made our treats and we sat down to start eating. Within 3 minutes, the manager stated, from behind the counter, that they were now closed and we needed to leave. We had to pack up our treats and step outside the store. The least they could have done was let us know when we ordered that they were closing and we needed to get the treats to go. We will not be going back to this store and we will also never recommend this business to anyone. Very poor customer experience!

Extremely unfriendly service. The two people closing on Sunday 8/17 were very rude and gave us a ton of unnecessary attitude. It’s unfortunate, because the ice cream is truly delicious. Won’t waste our time going there again.

Arrived at 8:47pm on Monday July 17th to find the store locked with 4 high school aged girls playing music and dancing around. I knocked on the door and one of the girls said we’re closed, and then upon asking when they closed she said 8:30. Problem is the store hours are shown as 10pm on Google. After calling the sister store on Main Street I was told the store closes between 9-10pm.
This is not the first poor experience I’ve had with I Love Moo which is led to this review from a annoyed customer.
They seemed a little shocked when I was taking this photo as they pretended to be working.
It would be nice if management treated their business and customers with respect.
