Friendly, fast service.
I will be coming back again and again to try everything on the menu.
I visited for the first time last week and I’m back.
I would recommend getting the chicken teriyaki and getting a California on the side it’ll run you about $16 and fill you up.
If you don’t care about getting less chicken, do the chicken+gyoza and a California roll on the side.
The chicken – super soft and tender! Delicious
The rice and salad – super good rice and the salad is a perfect balance of sauce.
Gyoza – super tasty aswell!
California roll – honestly it’s such a simple roll but the rice they use and ingredients this is hands down one of the best places to get a California roll .
Salmon roll – I wouldn’t get this again, I’m a huge sushi guy and I didn’t like the fishy taste, this may have just been today.
I’m rating this 5 stars based on the teriyaki and California roll, the place itself is pretty small and I wouldn’t expect much people on dine in but that could be changed by some new paint, new floors and new tables / chairs this place could be popping.
The kalbi short ribs look super good but haven’t tried them yet, next time.
I got Bento Box #4 (in picture). The chicken is good quality and is marinated well. The teriyaki sauce on top was great as well. The gyoza was really tasty too!
The owners were very kind and welcoming. My food was ready within 15 minutes of ordering at the counter.
It was a little hard for me to see the menu on the wall. They had to-go menus as well as ones to use for dine-in eating. I attached photos of the to-go menu!
The food is great and the customer service is excellent as well. I’ve been coming here to get my teriyaki fix for years and it never disappoints. The owner’s know me and my order and are always nice and friendly.
I usually get the chicken and spicy chicken teriyaki combo but occasionally I splurge for some gyozas and miso soup, both delicious as well. They also have a punch card which is nice since I come here often.
Definitely the best teriyaki and service around.
