The atmosphere is great, very clean place and cute design. The exterior of the restaurant doesn’t look appealing, but once you head inside you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the modern interior. The all you can eat dinner is great. They complete long orders in all you can eat quite quickly, and are super polite. The price isn’t bad at all for what you get. For all you can eat, I advise you order little by little, because if you don’t finish the food, you have to pay for it. I really recommend this place to anyone! Great sushi and other dishes!!!

Had to try it after reading many great reviews and we were not disappointed. The all you can eat had many premium sushi rolls in addition to soup and appetizers. We had the place to ourselves late on a Saturday night and felt welcome and enjoyed the company of the owners. Amazing food at a fair price. We will definitely be back for more!

This place is AWESOME! We’re staying in Monument for a few weeks and found this little gem. We stopped in for lunch and tried many different options. The fried sushi is to die for! My husband loved the fried mussels and the salmon was good. The service was good and they were so nice. We will definitely go back.

We used to go here all the time for the all you can eat. We were there within a few days of them opening. I would take my son who was 4, because he loves sushi. They had a kids all you can eat price, 1/2 the adult price. One day we went in and was told that we would have to pay the full adult all you can eat price for my 4 year old. This was after we ordered drinks. We paid for the drinks and have not been back since. They knew we were there once or twice a month and it seemed personal the way we were told. Food is good, but they lost a good customer.

Good tasting and well presented sushi. A few creations that are a bit too creative and don’t taste good. We had a roll that tasted awful, but they made us choke it down to avoid paying extra on top of the all-you-can-eat rate. I felt sick and almost lost my dinner. We won’t be back for this reason. Places like Sushi Katsu are okay if a few pieces of sushi aren’t finished, or if something doesn’t agree with your palate. This place wouldn’t even ring up the tab without spying us eat the last piece of sushi in front of us.

By far our favorite sushi joint! After four years in Okinawa Japan, Colorado sushi can be hit or miss, this is where we find the “good stuff”. The all you can eat sushi is fine as it is on par for price with the rest of Colorado Springs/Monument.

A good selling point here is the selection. Most restaurants have a special menu to choose from when eating all-you-can-eat and the selection here is better than most. Even when the wife is pregnant she can scratch her cravings since several of the rolls are fully cooked and there are numerous soup and appetizer options.

The crown jewel here, however, is the service. The primary server/host is outstanding and always on point with friendly energetic service and goes out of his way to treat you like family. The sushi chef (or “itamae”) is always present and checks with his customers to make sure they are satisfied.

I will admit that i am a bit biased since we have become regulars and built a rapport here, but our first visit was just as satisfactory as our latest and other customers seem just as comfortable.

I love this place. They have good sushi, the atmosphere is great, it’s never too crowded, you get personal service, the price is definitely right for all-you-can-eat, and the sushi chef/owner is a great guy and fun to talk to. Give it a try and sit at the sushi bar for a while.

This place is fantastic! We are big lovers of sushi, and we love this place! They have a fantastic all you can eat deal. This is one of the best all you can eat sushi places I’ve been to. The staff is fantastic and super nice! If you’re not all about the sushi, they also have bento boxes that are VERY reasonably priced, give you a ton of options, and you definitely will not leave hungry. I’ve been to bad sushi places and excellent ones. Ifish is GREAT! I absolutely recommend it!!

Great rolls, the all u can eat deal is great, some great apps. Fresh sushi and the sashimi is also good. We lived in CA for 2 yrs so we know good American sushi. I agree with the tempura, not the greatest poor batter and possibly old oil.

I’m confused by all the 4 star reviews, so I’m going to just start out by saying it’s possible we caught these guys on a bad night. And to be honest, I don’t know what the all-you-can-eat sushi situation is in the little bitty town of Monument, Colorado, so maybe this is as good as it gets. My opinion: If you find yourself craving sushi and want the most bang for your buck, I recommend just hopping in the car and driving a half hour to Denver.

Good:
Clean restaurant, fun decor, friendly staff

Bad:
The food. The ingredients did not seem fresh at all – the lettuce was literally brown at the edges, and the avocado had visibly brown spots that hadn’t been removed. The rice had a weird consistency, all the fish was just…meh. The soup was bland. All in all, a hugely disappointing meal. And at $25 a person, and $3.50 each for a drink, our bill including tip was around seventy bucks.

We were LITERALLY the only people in the restaurant the entire hour we were there, so I’m thinking…it’s possible that weeknights are just a really bad time to go. I’m sure they didn’t want to break out all the newest, freshest, finest stuff for one table, so they probably used whatever was lying around. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt considering all the good reviews, so I’m going to say if you go here, probably do it on the weekend when they are busier and turning over food more quickly. Otherwise…skip this place and head to Sushi Katsu.
