I have been here before it was amazing and I loved the place and food.However very disappointed with my visit last week.Took one of my friends for dinner, my friend insisted we do non Indian cuisine but I insisted that we try this place after the change in ownership of this place.. I regretted doing that.. we ordered the below dishes and my ratings are mentioned as well:
1. Tandoori Chicken – honestly it felt and tasted like steamed chicken 2/10 ( 1 is the least) this was a shame for an Indian restaurant
2. Haleem- the reason I went there was partly due to this seasonal 🙂 it was ok not great – 4/10
3. Nan – texture was like Pita bread from a Mediterranean restaurant 4/10
4. Malai Kofta- way too off, had no taste but looked like it 3/10
5. Biriyani- 7/10
If you have been there before you will be able to relate to my review. I came home very disappointed from my what was supposed to be my special day..
I am writing this review for them to improve and get the old chefs back… I am hopeful this genuine review will be considered and quality improved..

Hyderabad house is a wonderful place to eat, it has a very beautiful and calm atmosphere. The service is fantastic, everyone is so kind and helpful, also very quick. The food is next level amazing! Everything is amazing! We’ve been eating here for years and have always had good experiences! The take out is great too! Enjoy!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with this place! Everything about it was wonderful! The service, atmosphere and most importantly the food! We had the bang bang shrimp, chicken tikka masala, madras lamb curry, garlic naan and cheese naan. It was phenomenal! We will definitely be back!!

We have eaten at Hyderabad House twice in the past month and the food and service is so good! My daughter craves it so this will be one of our staples. The food is so flavorful and the owners are super attentive and kind. They just took over as owners 3 months ago. Please go support this restaurant!

This place has great food! Everything was very flavorful. Our group had several appetizer dishes—our favorite was the cashew chicken. They also brought out a fish dish with a green sauce for us to try that wasn’t even on the menu—it was outstanding (I hope it ends up on the menu soon). I also had chicken tikka masala and garlic naan, both of which were amazing.
The service was great, and the staff was very attentive. I would also say the prices were less than I thought they would be—the vibe of this restaurant has an upscale feel so I was surprised. I would recommend this place—definitely my new fav Indian place in town.

I come to Hyderabad House for their flavorful and delicious food – every dish I have tried so far has exceeded my expectations! The service is prompt and courteous. I love the atmosphere, the table linnens (tablecloths and napkins), beautiful stoneware, silverware and glasses. They have booths for small intimate meals and a party room that can house a large crowd.

This place has the best Indian food in Omaha from where I’ve eaten. 7-star Karaikudi curry is the best dish and mango lassi. Their mango lassi is also the best hands down in Omaha. If you like spice this is a great tasting dish.

I recently visited Hyderabad House Omaha and had an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and super friendly. The service was too good .They were attentive throughout the meal and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely delicious and flavorful! I tried their biryanis, and they were hands down some of the best I’ve had in a while — perfectly spiced, fragrant, and cooked just right. The chicken appetizers were juicy and packed with bold, authentic flavors, especially the chicken 65 & chilli chicken and tandoori options.
A surprising favorite was the baby corn – crispy, tangy, and full of flavor, it paired perfectly with the main dishes.
Overall, Hyderabad House delivered on all fronts — taste, service, and ambiance. I would definitely recommend.

The food was amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious. We tried 3 appetizers and 2 main dishes. They were all very flavorful and the spice levels were as we had requested. (Very hot for me and minimal spice for my wife)
This was as good a meal as I have had for a very long time. It really wakes up your taste buds.

We had a great experience at Hyderabad House Biryani Place! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing.
We ordered samosas, chicken biryani, chicken masala, fish fry, and naan, everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The biryani was especially delicious and full of authentic spices.
