This spot seriously delivers Hyde Park has some of the best pizza in Houston. Crispy, flavorful crust, fresh toppings, and just the right balance of cheese and sauce. Every bite hits.
What makes it even better? The vibes. The music playing in the restaurant is straight fire upbeat, chill, and totally sets the mood while you wait or dine in.
Plus, this whole corner of Webster is a foodie’s dream. You’ve got Hyde Park for killer pizza, The Gelato Spot right next door for a creamy dessert, and NOBI for craft beer and Vietnamese fusion. Honestly, it’s a perfect little food crawl in one spot.
Highly recommend if you’re craving quality pizza and a cool atmosphere.

My first time here on a Saturday night. With a party of 6, we had no wait. The appetizers came out quickly and were a hit with everyone at the table. (Corn ribs and and giant pretzel). Everyone also enjoyed their entree. I chose this place for the reviews and it did not disappoint.

Tried Hyde Park twice. On our first visit, I had the Alfredo and a couple of appetizers—everything was hot, flavorful, and well-executed. That meal left a great impression, so I brought my wife back for a date night.
Unfortunately, the second time around was disappointing. We ordered the charcuterie board, which was a huge let down – have had much better / higher quality from HEB, the experience was let down by slow, inattentive service and lackluster presentation.
It’s clear they’re capable of putting out a great meal, but consistency and service fell short when it counted.

It was my first time here and I’m so glad I went in on whim the drinks were AMAZING, I got the lychee sour and lychee martini they both tasted so good and sweet.

My second visit here and it was as good as the first. I don’t know how I have passed this place up for so long. The quality of the food is top tier! The service is amazing! Selection of wines is great. Mixed drinks taste fresh and not at all watered down. I typically eat grain free but when I come here I splurge and don’t feel sick at all due to the quality of the food. Our faves are the pasta (Brie Alfredo) and the pizzas and Shishito peppers, but you can eat more conservative as well. This is quickly becoming a go to favorite.

We recently moved back to the area and decided to try Hyde Park and we are so glad we did. The pizza and pasta were absolutely delicious, and everything tasted fresh and well made.
The vibe inside the restaurant was great. It felt welcoming, relaxed, and perfect for a casual night out. To our surprise, we even ran into some old friends while we were there, and they couldn’t stop raving about the food as well, which just confirmed we made a good choice.

I was immediately greeted and seated (see what I did there) my server was so nice and gave us recommendations for food that he really liked but I got the hand squeezed lemonade it was like lemonade from a kids stand we got a few appetizers the bruzzel sprouts (they weren’t my fave but I think a lot of others will like it), meatball and sauce which was so amazing definitely put some of the meat in the middle and sauce on top! The corn ribs were piled with seasoning which made it so good, but now time for the main I got pickle pizza which was amazing the garlic sauce was a hit to me I also got macaroni which was just how I like it white cheddar with bbq type stuff on it I got one of the sandwiches that was amazing too! But I wanted to thank the place for amazing service, food, and all the fun! Go check it out (btw it has a bar and a painting of Tupac) also dogs are allowed!

Disappointed First Experience
I’ve heard great things about Hyde Park Pizza, so I was excited to finally try it. Unfortunately, our first experience didn’t go well. My wife picked up our order after work, and when we opened the box at home, the pizza was badly burnt.
I called and the person I spoke with did apologize, but the only solution offered was to bring the pizza back—which just isn’t realistic after a long workday and pick-up.
That said, the spring mix salad we ordered was actually very good, and the staff seemed friendly and professional at pick-up. I’m not writing the place off completely—just disappointed in how this first visit played out. I’m hoping for a much better second impression next time.
