We have been coming here for over 4 years. But I am done with this place.
The food is decent and we liked having a place so close to our house.
But after numerous times of being here and cleaning a table to eat at and watching EVERY table be dirty for the entire time we sit there. The coffee is self serve but has been empty the last 5 times we visited. I could go on with complaints. But I won’t.
I usually would never leave a bad review anywhere. But I have to share this.

It’s been 40 minutes and we don’t yet have our food. We bussed our own table after borrowing the spray and rag from the front. After 30 minutes they came out and said they don’t have what we ordered. Not a ton of people here but every single table is dirty. We helped the elderly couple sitting near us find silverware since the staff can’t be bothered. It’s really gone down hill and I’m surprised they can stay open like this.

I’ve lived in Columbia my entire life. As a single guy I’m always going out to eat for as cheap and as good as possible. This is it. This place delivers high quality food at an affordable price. I don’t have to wait around for a waitress to fill my water. I can get up and get it my self as soon as I run out. You also have all the condiments that you would need. It’s just perfect.

Despite it being very busy, we had good service by staff who were interested in making sure we were taken care of. Food was good although I personally only had an appetizer. Everyone’s looked delicious. Specials every night. I was there on 1/2 price appetizer and bottle of wine night. Was there with a large group. They were very accommodating with us.

I was pleasantly surprised when we first tried this place. They had a lot of great food options and it did feel like I was in an actual restaurant and not just a grocery store. I enjoy getting an appetizer and a meal each time we go. Quick wait staff as well!

You can’t beat the fresh quality food or prices. However, if you go during peak hours be prepared to wait a long time to get your food. The people who work there are friendly, courteous and do a good job, but management needs to get them more help.

I give this 4 stars because not only was the food amazing, the service was as well, even though it was a little slow. The chefs there really care about health and get everything fresh. If you have an allergy, just tell your waiter, and they will tell you what you can have or if a food you have questions about is okay for you to eat. Everybody was so nice, and is also extremely apologetic if you did not like it. The waiters take everything as constructive critism and how to improve tour experience. Still 4 stars because the service was a little slow.
