All dinner Combinations comes with white or fried rice, egg roll and soup.
I also ordered Chicken Lo Mein dinner combination dinner.
My total was nearly $35.00 and I added a tip. After receiving my food.
I normally check my bag before I leave but, I did not check it.
I did ask the young man that handed me my food about the order and he assured me everything was in the “stapled bag”!
We live in Louisa County and you’d be hard pressed to find a Chinese restaurant within a thirty miles radius that meets our expectations! There use to be one in Ashland but they closed. There use to be one in Glen Allen close to Buffalo Wild Wings; they closed.
I found this place and we’ve been ordering take out at least once a month with no problem!
We always got plenty for the price! The quality (besides shorting us on the beef) and LOTS of giant broccoli) The food and service has been extraordinary!
I maybe had five or six pieces of chicken in my Lo Mein.
I was extremely upset. My husband thought I was pranking him when he saw his food!
Both of our meals looked like children sized portions! Not even the lunch portions!
I paid for two Dinner Combinations and received two children sized portions!
After adding a tip and money for extra beef in the “Beef & Broccoli”
I most certainly got ripped off!
Just imagine if I hadn’t ordered the extra beef; All I would have gotten is broccoli!
This experience was an absolute disaster!
I do prefer “real Chinese restaurant food” but NOW I understand why “Panda Express” chain is growing! At least they give you what you pay for!
Update:
Went back for lunch today and had their General Tso’s. It had good size chicken pieces and the fried rice tasted great. A plate with an entree, fried rice, egg roll, and a bottle of Sprite was just over $12.
The rest of the order was good to ok. Crab Ragoon. GOOD the beef broccoli Ok
