I’ve had good experiences and poor ones. Avoid the Hibachi guy at all cost (terrible deal and excessively long wait for small portions) and you can’t go wrong with the pizza, sushi, or Starbucks. Breakfast is hit and miss. Great place to sit though.

I stood at the register waiting to order, but everyone just looked at me and then ignored me. After a couple minutes I gave up and walked away. There were empty tables, but there was one really large table. Someone could have at least acknowledged me and said “be with you in a moment”.

This location is a Market Grille Express so the only full service is at the bar. Happy hour is 4-6 and all day Monday featuring half price drinks. They’ve got a great selection of beers on tap, the bar manager is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We’ve had good experiences in the past and really enjoyed good food and service. We saw the Happy Hour deal and stopped with family, really looking forward to a good meal. Not the same experience this time. One meal had overdone burger (dry) and overcooked fries and I had rubbery cool fries and a lukewarm sandwich, in the same order. Servers, especially at the bar, didn’t seem like they wanted to be there.

The food at this market grille is better than most. It’s the people who work here that really make you not want to come. I am not sure if it’s an age thing or pure lack of common sense & respect for its customers. It does not matter how good the food is if customer don’t feel welcomed. I usually visit this location on Sundays for dinner and this is the 2nd week in a row I’ve encountered issues. Last week a young Asian girl just acted as if she did not she me at all. And when I approached the counter for check out she spun the bag holder around for me to bag my own items at the MARKET GRILLE. When I watched her bag everything else for everyone else in line before me. Today 3 girls stood at the register only one working as I stood in line waiting for an order I had placed and was picking up. Not once did anyone ask me if I was picking up or placing an order. And not once was I greeted when I got to the counter. At this point I can’t tell if they are racist or just merely lack customer service skills. Either way I won’t be back.

The inconsistency of the food is mind boggling. Even when you order the same thing it’s never even close to the same. Service is also really bad. Staff is nice, but spend more time standing around talking than working. On numerous visits it’s been 20 mins just to take our order.

I got a cheeseburger that was marked. It was cooked at 4:29 PM and even after eating, I guess it’s 6 o’clock now. But within 1/2 hour’s time the thing was hard and terrible. Facing dry same with the cheesecards. I purchased at the same time although they were made at 5:29.
