Mac and cheese was amazing and the buffalo pizza was very well balanced eith sweet and spice.
The name of the restaurant is spot on. The crust is wonderful; crisp on the bottom, but perfectly chewy, not too greasy. We all had pizzas with red sauce, which was great, neither too sweet nor too savory. Plentiful cheese and toppings. The perfectly priced personal pizza was a good amount of food, and since we each like different things, it was nice to have our own. I did think the kid’s 6″ was a little small for our 9-year-old, so you may want to order a 10″ for older kids. I did see that kids eat free on Tuesdays (presumably kid meals only) so that’s your day! (Or not, if you don’t have kids lol)
The service was amazing, and when one of our pizzas took longer than the others, they noticed, and brought some free pepperoni rolls (delish!) to tide him over. Our picky kiddo ate every bite of her pizza.
There are booths and tables, with a view of a lovely fountain out back. There are several tables outside as well. It’s very classy but warm and comfortable.
Bathrooms are single stall, clean and pleasantly decorated. Definitely large enough to be handicapped accessible. There are only two handicapped spots, and three pick-up spots right out front, but lots of parking in the lot. Conveniently, there’s also an Orange Leaf behind the restaurant, if you somehow still have room for dessert.
If you are a pizza fanatic like myself, you should definitely give this place a try.
The pizza itself was delicious! I ordered the Carl’s King. The crust was perfectly crispy, not too thick or too thin, and the flavors were so well balanced – the toppings were fresh and I could tell that the ingredients were high quality. We also ordered a Caesar salad which was quite good!
What stood out to me was the variety of options on the menu. All I can say is that Crust Pizza has something for everyone.
I definitely recommend Crust Pizza for anyone in the mood for a great pizza experience. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, you won’t be disappointed!
Y’all, finding a sit in pizza place without costing $100+ or being surrounded by arcade games is no easy feat nowadays! So after searching online for about 30 minutes I found Crust. It checked the boxes of what we were looking for and boy did they deliver!
We drove from San Antonio to New Braunfels since sadly, the ones in Cibolo and SA aren’t open yet. This one is right next to Buccees and had a couple booths big enough to fit our family.
We ordered 2 large pizzas, (pineapple & meat lovers stuffed crust). Also cheesy breadsticks and everyone got a fountain soda/tea. The food was baked to perfection and tasted great! They brought over ranch and we got a side of marinara with the cheese bread. They also had a few spicy sauces by the soda fountain. The staff was efficient and friendly. Our total was $62, which is less than most of our orders [of take out] at Dominos.
We all thought it tasted great and the price was reasonable. Can’t wait to try the ones nearby when they open! This is our new pizza chain go to!
Ordered two Large customized Pizzas w/ regular/traditional crust and both was Delicious with plenty of toppings! Not sure if the Cauliflower crust recipe has been changed but not willing to risk trying it.
Changed my star review from one star to three stars for food, one for service and it will remain that way until or unless I receive a free pizza for the money I wasted on my 1st visit. It’s called customer relations.
Ordered the 14 in Wyatt BBQ Chicken on Cauliflower crust & Garlic cheese bread.
Pizza – The crust was thinner than the box it came in, toppings scarce, flavor ok, one little container of sauce for all that pizza and garlic bread…really? the absolute WORST part was it felt like I was chewing wax or hard plastic. My temples hurt eating it. I ate what I could stomach and threw the rest in trash. I have a cauliflower crust in my freezer right now that I use for homemade pizza and it’s 10x better than that. My recommendation, revise your cauliflower crust recipe bcuz that is horrible.
Garlic Cheese bread – I did not like at all, had a weird flavor. I’m not a huge fan of garlic bread anyway but here again I think I ate two or three pieces and threw all of the remaining in the trash.
I’m willing to give another try by ordering another pizza, regular crust of course or something else off the menu but not sure when that’ll be.
