My visit to Crust in New Braunfels was truly outstanding. Throughout my time there, I felt comfortable and relaxed in the warm atmosphere, which was complemented by the establishment’s cleanliness. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, providing me with expert guidance as I navigated the vast menu offerings. The pizza was cooked to perfection, served hot and fresh with a crust that had just the right amount of crunch and seasoning. Additionally, the garlic knots were equally delicious, served with a side of marinara sauce. I would highly recommend Crust for both dining in and taking out, as it is certain to impress

Want pizza? Put this review down and go to Crust. All I’m going to do is tell you it’s amazing! Okay, but seriously… it’s amazing. We’re in from our of town, and really wanted pizza, so we decided to give it a try. From the very beginning, it was great, with the lovely lady at the register helping me choose the best pizza for my tastes. I was able to swap out the two toppings I didn’t want on a specialty pizza, and get two different ones, so it was perfect!

The name of the restaurant is spot on. The crust is wonderful; crisp on the bottom, but perfectly chewy, not too greasy. We all had pizzas with red sauce, which was great, neither too sweet nor too savory. Plentiful cheese and toppings. The perfectly priced personal pizza was a good amount of food, and since we each like different things, it was nice to have our own. I did think the kid’s 6″ was a little small for our 9-year-old, so you may want to order a 10″ for older kids. I did see that kids eat free on Tuesdays (presumably kid meals only) so that’s your day! (Or not, if you don’t have kids lol)

The service was amazing, and when one of our pizzas took longer than the others, they noticed, and brought some free pepperoni rolls (delish!) to tide him over. Our picky kiddo ate every bite of her pizza.

There are booths and tables, with a view of a lovely fountain out back. There are several tables outside as well. It’s very classy but warm and comfortable.

Bathrooms are single stall, clean and pleasantly decorated. Definitely large enough to be handicapped accessible. There are only two handicapped spots, and three pick-up spots right out front, but lots of parking in the lot. Conveniently, there’s also an Orange Leaf behind the restaurant, if you somehow still have room for dessert.

I had seen this place open and decided to give it a try. At first I was like “Another pizza joint?” Not expecting much. I expected some overpriced, lackluster pizza. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in and ordered. Their Chicago-style thin crust pizzas are crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, resulting in flavors that truly stand out. The Garlic Cheese Bread, served with marinara sauce and ranch, is a must-try appetizer that perfectly complements their diverse pizza offerings. The manager working was former military and ran the restaurant like a well oiled machine. She was very friendly and personable. I ordered a combination pizza. The crust was chewy just like I like it. The toppings were fresh and not soggy. The pizza was very good. The restaurant’s atmosphere is both clean and inviting, making it an ideal spot for families and friends to gather. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience; for instance, they provide dough for children to play with while waiting for their meals, adding a thoughtful touch to the family-friendly environment.

If you are a pizza fanatic like myself, you should definitely give this place a try.

Drove out to New Braunfels to enjoy a meal at Crust Pizza. I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the immaculate atmosphere set the tone for a great meal and time with my partner. The staff was friendly and welcoming–had a wonderful conversation as I was ordering with Melanie. She was very friendly and highly informative with all that Crust Pizza has to offer. I learned Houston, Texas has locations, there will be two locations to come in Austin, Texas and San Antonio, Texas is looking to have their own Crust Pizzas!

The pizza itself was delicious! I ordered the Carl’s King. The crust was perfectly crispy, not too thick or too thin, and the flavors were so well balanced – the toppings were fresh and I could tell that the ingredients were high quality. We also ordered a Caesar salad which was quite good!

What stood out to me was the variety of options on the menu. All I can say is that Crust Pizza has something for everyone.
I definitely recommend Crust Pizza for anyone in the mood for a great pizza experience. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, you won’t be disappointed!

We were looking for a great dine in pizza place for our 6 person family. Our 5 year old said he wanted to eat pizza for his birthday dinner.

Y’all, finding a sit in pizza place without costing $100+ or being surrounded by arcade games is no easy feat nowadays! So after searching online for about 30 minutes I found Crust. It checked the boxes of what we were looking for and boy did they deliver!

We drove from San Antonio to New Braunfels since sadly, the ones in Cibolo and SA aren’t open yet. This one is right next to Buccees and had a couple booths big enough to fit our family.

We ordered 2 large pizzas, (pineapple & meat lovers stuffed crust). Also cheesy breadsticks and everyone got a fountain soda/tea. The food was baked to perfection and tasted great! They brought over ranch and we got a side of marinara with the cheese bread. They also had a few spicy sauces by the soda fountain. The staff was efficient and friendly. Our total was $62, which is less than most of our orders [of take out] at Dominos.

We all thought it tasted great and the price was reasonable. Can’t wait to try the ones nearby when they open! This is our new pizza chain go to!

Ordered two Large customized Pizzas w/ regular/traditional crust and both was Delicious with plenty of toppings! Not sure if the Cauliflower crust recipe has been changed but not willing to risk trying it.

Changed my star review from one star to three stars for food, one for service and it will remain that way until or unless I receive a free pizza for the money I wasted on my 1st visit. It’s called customer relations.

Ordered the 14 in Wyatt BBQ Chicken on Cauliflower crust & Garlic cheese bread.

Pizza – The crust was thinner than the box it came in, toppings scarce, flavor ok, one little container of sauce for all that pizza and garlic bread…really? the absolute WORST part was it felt like I was chewing wax or hard plastic. My temples hurt eating it. I ate what I could stomach and threw the rest in trash. I have a cauliflower crust in my freezer right now that I use for homemade pizza and it’s 10x better than that. My recommendation, revise your cauliflower crust recipe bcuz that is horrible.

Garlic Cheese bread – I did not like at all, had a weird flavor. I’m not a huge fan of garlic bread anyway but here again I think I ate two or three pieces and threw all of the remaining in the trash.

I’m willing to give another try by ordering another pizza, regular crust of course or something else off the menu but not sure when that’ll be.

Was disappointed. Stopped in because I saw it was brand new. Ordered 2 different salads and a pizza. The pizza came out quick and I waited 40 minutes for 2 “Large” salads. I think I paid 12$ for the salads and they were small and the lettuce was burned. I ordered a Greek salad and they gave me a cesar. And if you can see in the picture how small and lightly filled the bowls are. Down the street there is another similar business and their large salads are massive by comparison for basically the same price. The price of the pizza wasn’t bad but it was not impressive by any means. There are alot of pizza places in our area so you better bring something special to the area. This visit was far from that.
