Food the first trip was ok. Not the greatest Asian fare, but it’s in a grocery store and it’s easy.
When we got the food home, two things were disappointing. First, the rice for the entrees wasn’t done. The S&S chicken was tasty, as was the Beef broccoli mix. But served with crunchy rice made the meal a bummer. Also the noodles weren’t appetizing. Didn’t hardly eat any noodles.
Secondly, we didn’t get the coupon price. We had a couple other items and the total didn’t figure until I got home.
We checked out at the Marketplace counter.
I’ve had previous customer service issues at this store and they’ve been awesome to handle problems. If something’s wrong they’re usually quick to redeem the problem. I’m confident we’ll get the refund for the coupon.
In conclusion, I wouldn’t avoid getting some fast food here with a discount deal. It’s usually ok, but at regular pricing it’s better at regular Asian restaurants.
