Unfortunately, usual male cook at the hibachi was not there tonight. He usually does a fine job. I made the mistake of prepaying for the food. The lady who cooked my wife and my hibachi burned it all. Everything was dry and overcooked. She wasn’t too busy, she stood by it the whole time! I couldn’t believe she still served it.
