It was really awesome sitting next to the window that lets you see the kitchen. I’ve never seen that in a restaurant! The waitresses were very nice and the food was good too! My eggs were cooked right, the hash browns weren’t soggy, the biscuit was soft, overall a spectacular meal! I came hungry and left full!

Used to be a regular at this place for a while until I moved. The staff are absolutely wonderful and friendly, and if you show up enough times, they remember you and will form a bond with you. The food is very nice and is portioned well. The prices are fair. Just be careful about the biscuits and gravy; sometimes you will get a stale, rock solid biscuit like I have a few times.

I had to get some good cafe breakfast and found this place. Boy am I glad I did. I got the chicken fried steak and eggs. I could cut it with a fork. Biscuits and gravy were amazing as well. Definitely recommend this cafe!

Hwy Cafe has The Best chicken fried steak I’ve ever had. I love to eat, and believe me I have had many a chicken fried steak all over the country.
