This place is so consistent and I usually get a regular burger but this time I wanted something different so I went for the shrimp burger. It’s been a while and they’ve switched the batter to something with a lot more flavor (and black pepper which I loved). I was pleasantly surprised! There’s nothing bad on the menu.

Hwy 55 on Wayne Memorial Dr.has a very good atmosphere. The workers are friendly. They greet you at the door, also they acknowledge you when you leave. The food that I received today was Yummy Thanks a Bunch. #AWFlowers

We sat at the bar, since it was packed full. While we waited to order we noticed a guy handing all the food with his bare hands. He would use a very dirty rag and wipe the counter off and then go back to touching the food bare handed. He built all the sandwiches for almost every customer bare handed. We confronted a waitress and she said he was the owner and she looked at us like how is she suppose to do anything about it. She stated they were very clean but after watching their owner for 15 minutes, that was not the case. So much cross contamination. We ate here a lot but won’t be back after seeing that.

10/21/22- tried the philly steak sandwich tonight. Absolute hands down the BOMB!! Once again everything was tos! Serve, food , cleanliness- you all work hard and it shows, KUDOS to all!!
10/11/22- Can’t find a way to write another review, so, I’ll add to this one. Had lunch there today. Walked I’m and they remembered me from last visit. AWESOME!! Bacon C/C dogs and tatter tots. Food, service, price all EXCELLENT. another knock out of park! KUDOS to all! Until nxt time. STAY HUNGRY MY FRIENDS!!
9/13/22- Today tried newly remodeled location. Had the BB chicken sandwich and a chili cheese dog. The staff were super friendly and the food was hot ,fresh and right the first time. Plus the French fries were done perfectly. Kudos to all! Only down size… didn’t leave room for a dessert. Lolol, next time U’all!

This is the third time I have come to this place and have felt rushed out of there. The food is great, but there is this server that I had and she was not very friendly making me feel very rushed; And it’s the same girl, I’ve been here before and had someone else and they were very sweet. I was not even halfway through my burger when she told me she was dropping off the bill because she had to go, and proceeded to stay another 20-30 mins. She was very short, and felt like she didn’t want us there. I felt very uncomfortable and very unhappy. Honestly I dont even write reviews for places, I am so upset that I had to say this.

The burgers and the cheesesteak are the best! Next time I will get the shrimp po boy! Service was great but only at the Wayne Memorial location.
Just tried the spicy shrimp salad and it was also fantastic! The service was so fast and efficient that I was in and out within 30 minutes and on my way back to the hospital.

Stopped here driving though town for a quick lunch and it was great. Strawberry milkshake was yummy and so was the cheesesteak sandwich. Loved the 50s dinner decor and my kids got there lunch served in an adorable paper classic cars! Good food, good service, and good prices! If I’m ever in the area again this will be a go to for us!

Best American Food… We especially enjoy the full size Cheesesteak & Fries or Tots! Easy going, but fast service. Quiet atmosphere with background music.
