We stopped at this Dunkin donuts while traveling and purchased donut holes and donuts. The were very yummy. You could tell they were freshly made.

Love this dunkin with my whole heart. Me and my co workers have been frequenting here for a long time. The current rotation of staff are phenomenal and i hope we never lose them. My drinks are always great and they’re always so kind!!

I wanted to give them a good review because the last few times I’ve been here, it’s been great. This location used to be pretty bad, but they’ve really improved. The current staff is very friendly, and the drive thru was fast. Also the iced peppermint mocha latte I got was great.

Been stuck at the Bristol hospital and wanted a hot sandwich for lunch after I left and chose to try the Dunkin here at this location. Instead of fresh food I got black and burnt food. Might as well told them to keep the bacon to made it cheaper on me and saved my taste buds. YUCK

I walked into Dunkin’ Donuts this morning to grab my usual coffee, but unfortunately, it was a frustrating visit. There were five employees behind the counter, all chatting about their weekend plans and personal stuff. Not one of them greeted me, asked to take my order, or even acknowledged my presence. After standing there for three minutes without any attention, I decided to leave. If you’re looking for quick and friendly service, this location isn’t it—seems like the staff is more focused on their weekend plans than on the customers.

I just went to this Dunkin and had a hole in my iced coffee. When he handed it through the window, it was dripping all over and in my car. I told him it had a cut/hole in the cup, so he put a different cup under it instead of remaking it or even pouring it into the new cup. They were also extremely rude. I will never be going back. This is awful service and the coffee is also not even right. Our food is even burnt.

We stopped in after 6 1/2 hours of driving from PA to TN and I got a large coffee with double mocha and my wife got a hot chocolate to kinda shake the cobwebs off and stretch our legs a bit…Dunkin is always a good cup of coffee…

had them try a second time on the heart donut bc it was ugly and had no sprinkles they brought back another ugly donut w a little sprinkles. also got our order wrong. and the glazed donut looks scary.
