My wife and I were doing some Black Friday shopping in the area and decided to get a burger after. I got a double JB&B burger and she got a single patty build you own. Both were very good. The patty is huge so I would recommend maybe getting a single unless you’re really hungry. We finished the meal off with an Oreo concrete. Overall I was very satisfied.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. We went here last night and got the cheese steak sandwiches. The food was disappointing. It was nearly $40 for 2 sandwiches, two small orders of fries, and 2 small drinks. Not sure why they gave us the smallest cups because there was one other couple dining and they had regular size cups. I could’ve sworn the menu we were given said the sandwich included a side and drink. With tip this was a $45 meal that was definitely not worth it. I’m sure we could’ve walked down to the Japanese place and got a much better meal for the money. The quality of food was not worth the money paid. We’ll never go back.

they are using a new system called olo when you order online and it is jacking everything up, i overpaid by $10 and there’s apparently no way to get it back, and all of our food was wrong because it was sent in completely different to the kitchen, I was told all of this by the worker so just be aware! she was very respectful but this was not a good experience

So the food itself was phenomenal, I got the chicken tenders with tots and my husband got a chili onion ring burger with fries (not pictured). The waitstaff was super polite and the place was super clean as well! Not just to us but we saw to every patron!!
A few notes though, the temperature at which the food is brought out should be paid more attention too. Both of our main meals were way too hot to eat right away and my husband actually got a slight burn on his hand from how hot the chili was when it was first brought out and the tenders got me as well, though both the tots and fries were safe.
The huge thing is these door stoppers ?!?!!! On the floor of the bathroom!!! I went in to wash my hands and immediately tripped on this, almost planting into the sink!!!! This was so insane to me, I couldn’t believe this outright hazard. Imagine if a hurried mother rushed in, this really is so bizarre. I have never seen a door stop in the middle of the pathway. The fact that there hasn’t been an issue yet is simply a blessing, Im begging the owner or manager to do something about this before someone gets hurt.

Good service but does that look like a steak n cheese with lettuce and no mushrooms? Where’s the lettuce and why does it look like it came from a can? Why is it a little spicy- it’s never been spicy before. The cup my drink came in was not good at all, the lid was off and even when I tried to put it back on it spilled in my car and ultimately spilled on my carpet in my room. So finally I wanted my steak n cheese and this is what I see? And not to mention, their large fries look like a small.
I tried it again because I know it’s expensive but usually it’s good. But honestly? I wouldn’t pay a single dollar for whatever is on my plate.
Waste your money if you want to but it’s more beneficial to just go to McDonald’s with this nastiness and lack of listening. I hope they didn’t charge me extra for the lettuce because lettuce is not in the room with us.
I rest my case, don’t waste your hard earned dollar on dog food- literal dog food. I would give it 0 stars if the lady wasn’t so kind.

I had one of the best chicken sandwiches here. I did get hot sauce to spice it up.
While everyone was nice. It was a little hard to get the staff attention. It wasn’t crowded.

We’ve been to this location many times (among others). They have the nicest, most polite staff. Ordered fried food for takeout today, which is really hard to get right and still be hot/crisp when you get to your location, but it was perfection. Thanks for all your hard work and for being the best Highway 55 around.
ETA: I had given a 5 star review, but this place changed ownership last summer and has gone downhill fast. Food is not up to par, mgr dropped a bun on the floor, picked it up and used it. Everyone working seems tense. There’s no camaraderie like before. We will not eat there anymore.

This is our second time ordering to-go from here. First time (back in August) the food was delicious, tonight not so much.
Cheesesteak: The amount of steak (as seen in the picture) is pathetic.
Chicken sandwich: bun was squished and did not look very appetizing
Not sure we will come back after this experience.
