Their build your own hamburger is so good and let’s not forget their lemonade. The service is top notch and the flavor is well worth it.

First and foremost I wish I could make it 0 stars for service. Mary is the rudest server I have ever seen. I have never in my life seen someone in the service industry openly roll their eyes so much directly toward a customer. She needs to work away from people. Next , since when do restaurants run without a manager on staff! Also when I asked for the managers number they told me to call the store another time and see if he was here. Then our cheesesteak was about empty and that is when Mary got cute and rolled her eyes so much and was nasty and said “that’s how they come and it’s measured out !” We brought a friend that had never been here before and it was not a good experience whatsoever. We also had to ask for drinks 3 times and Mary got an attitude when we asked for the drinks. We got food before our drinks. We asked for sauce never got it. We got our own menus . Neither of the 2 on shift tonight need to be working with people!

Kaya was awesome! Both of the servers, really. They were kind and the service was super fast. We were traveling through the area and wanted to try something local instead of a franchise. We really enjoyed the Shrimp Po-Boy sandwich and cheeseburger.

Had a quick stop on our way to Virginia. We sat immediately and served quickly. Everyone was very sweet. The food was delicious. I love the old school vibe and music. Highly recommend!

To begin the staff was incredibly energetic and pleasant. The food was on point. Got a classic burger with fries, cheesesteak with fried pickles and fried onions. When needing a burger this will be my first thought.

I was asked to leave this restaurant while attempting to dine with my psychiatric service dog, which was upsetting and unnecessary.
My dog was under control and settled beneath the table within minutes of arriving. When asked what kind of service dog she is, I answered honestly. Shortly after, I was told via the server that the manager said “emotional support animals are not allowed.”

To be clear: psychiatric service dogs are not emotional support animals, and they are permitted in restaurants under the ADA. Staff are only allowed to ask whether the dog is a service animal and what task it performs. This distinction appears to be misunderstood here.

I’ve dined at this restaurant with my service dog twice previously without issue, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I chose to leave rather than argue, but I hope management takes this as an opportunity to properly train staff on ADA guidelines so future guests aren’t put in this uncomfortable position.

Let’s start this off right! The staff was absolutely wonderful. I have never felt more welcomed to a restaurant in my life. They genuinely brought a smile to my face when they greeted me. My wife was very happy with this as well. The restaurant was incredibly clean. I ordered the kids meal which came with that awesome Paper Car. When I bit into that burger my taste buds were delighted with perfectly seasoned and cooked beef. The cheese was melted to perfection. Even the bread was great. They cooked my burger medium which is something I would prefer. The fries were really good. If it was possible to rate this restaurant higher I would totally go for it. It is the perfect atmosphere for a couple or a family. WE WILL BE COMING BACK!

We went last night. To be fair we have been before and quite enjoyed it but that was maybe a year or more ago. There was no flavor and they barely gave any toppings. One mushroom and 4 grilled onions with maybe a quarter sized amount of mayo for the whole dry hamburger. A cheese steak with no mayo and only half full. The first two bites were bread.
The I ion rings and fries were so bland, even the po boy sauce tasted like someone’s fever dream of a flavor.

I don’t know what happened but they absolutely went down hill.

Neat little restaurant. Ordered the Andy’s John Boy and Billy BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with half fries and half onion rings. Also, two chili dogs with chili cheese fries. Great friendly staff. No wait for seating. My wife got a chocolate shake for dessert. Food was out in a flash. All was very flavorful and delicious. Good prices. Highly recommended!

The employees there you can tell do not want to work there. Customer Service is dead there. The fries tasted like the oil needed changed out over 2 months ago. The burgers looked horrible and tasted even worse. Just slapped together and didnt care. Will never return to this one. Not when theres a BK in walking distance.
