Solid coffee spot in North Bend! ☕️ Definitely a fave for hikers and locals – was busy! Had a great coffee after a hike (and realized we’d been here before ). Love their interesting cold drink selection – will try those next time. Baked goods look great too – missed out this time but will grab some next visit. Perfect pitstop if you’re exploring North Bend trails.

We HIGHLY recommend coming by here!

Whether you’re grabbing to-go to fuel for your hike, or you need a great spot to settle in with your laptop for remote working, do yourself a favor and come by here.

The food and drinks were fantastic, which our car is typically very hard to please. No misses, and the service was QUICK.

For remote working/hotdesking/studying, this is a great place to come. Great seating options, comfortable cozy atmosphere, free wifi, clean restrooms, and free easy parking.

Can’t wait to come back by here.

Amazing local coffee and breakfast! Infinitely better than Starbucks. You get better value with real ingredients. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is relaxing. Can’t ask for anything better!

A brand-new and beautiful place! The high ceilings create a spacious, open atmosphere, and the use of wood in the design makes it perfect for anyone who loves a natural style. I forgot the name of the food in the photo, but it was absolutely delicious. (Visited on 03/01/2025)

Highly recommend this place! The building and atmosphere suits the occasion. There’s a beautiful view of Mount Si. Coffee was really good and service was professional. It definitely seems like people come back regularly. I imagine the coffee shop being the place to be at during the snowfall!

I ordered a burrito and was interested in trying the seasonal coffee. Since I wasn’t sure if I would like it, I asked whether it could be switched if it wasn’t to my taste. The baristas explained that if I wanted a different drink, I would need to pay for both. I was surprised by this policy, as I’m accustomed to coffee shops offering some flexibility. I don’t usually return drinks, but I like to know the option is available when trying something new.

Great coffee shop to stop in and work from for a while. Brewed drip coffee was fantastic. Good Wi-fi strength, even with a lot of folks working.

I’m a “first time caller” and was very pleased with my experience at Huxdotter. The place has a comfy and spacious atmosphere. They had a parking lot and I also noticed a drive thru. Several upgrades beyond Starbucks in my humble opinion (sorry if that offends any Starbucks devotees). The Huxdotter server was kind and pleasantly patient helping me navigate a difficult decision (because I really blessed and a coffee wannabe-nerd). Cold brew Irish Cream or an Hochata latte??? I really love a good Horchata latte yet I also love the Irish Cream flavor, however I had never had a cold brew option like this.

My Hux-d. guide broken down her flavor experience of both options and it was clear she was suggesting I order the ☘️ Cream. So I did and it blew me away.

I also order the kids the Mount Si veggie breakfast burrito. It was solid.

If in North Bend or passing thru, I highly recommend and certainly hope for the opportunity to return and order the same thing and test for consistency.

I can’t speak for the quality of espresso and if blessed with another visit, I will also test that out.

HOT TIP: After getting your delicious coffee here, take a 4mins walk or 2min drive to the famous Twede’s Cafe (from Twin Peaks) and get a slice (or two) of their cherry pie to enjoy with your coffee libation. Pop in, enjoy scoping out that place, and order to go as there will probably be a line and you already have your coffee.

HOT TIP PART 2!!! If headed east, take a 25mins(ish) drive to Franklin Falls trail head and hike to the marvelous waterfall (it’s a good 30mins hike – well worth it)

If not heading that direction and wanna enjoy more North Bend, drive 8-12min to either Little Si or Mount Si for a beautiful trek thru nature. We found parking to be pretty easy (road is a little bumpy though).

Enjoy!

I was disappointed with the blueberry scone. It was dry and it barely had any berries. The latte was luke warm rather than hot. I am not sure what happened because we visited this place a few times before and had great experience but this time we didn’t.
The girl that was taking our order was very kind and sweet.

This has to be the “it” spot to stop when you go to North Bend! I love their Lumberjack burrito and the smooth Americano. THe view is even fun to look at while through the drivethrough. Seems like a local favorite on SUndays when you see families walking their pets and kids down here. Love this place.
