⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Gulf Coast Evening

Dinner at Hurricane Seafood Restaurant was everything I hoped for and more. The fried shrimp were absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, crispy, and full of flavor. The service was excellent: attentive yet quiet and non-intrusive, which made it easy to truly relax and enjoy the moment. I was able to sit back, savor my meal, and take in a stunning Gulf Coast sunset that felt like the perfect backdrop to an already wonderful dining experience. Great food, thoughtful service, and a beautiful setting made this an evening to remember. Highly recommend for a peaceful, classic coastal dinner.

I was riding my bicycle on Pass a Grill and decided to stop at the Hurricane. I climbed what seemed like an endless set of stairs to reach the top deck. What a great view in every direction. Definitely a place to stop for a couple of beers and some lunch

The sunsets here are so beautiful & it goes along with the yummy food. My husband and I always enjoy our evening dinners here whenever we are in this area. I also noticed their Cruzan Rum drinks…note I am from the Virgin Islands and the rum is excellent

The service and atmosphere were great! I came in here with my dog & the staff couldn’t be nicer. I ordered a lobster roll with onion rings & the doggie burger for my dog. We both enjoyed our food. The lobster had many different side options. It as MKT price, which was $20, which I didn’t find too expensive for a lobster roll. La margarita was tasty, not too sweet. It’s located right off the beach and there was plenty of parking in the back.

We needed an afternoon with seafood and beach nearby. This was definitely worth the drive from Tampa. Cute colorful beach restaurant with many drink options and good food. Located across the street from Pass-a-grille Beach. Grouper bites were delicious. Both my husband and I ordered the lobster roll. It was delicious. Bread was a little thinner than we normal, but it was OK. It just got soggy from butter. We will definitely come back.

My parents started going here in the 90s always raving about the view and the food. Had to see what the hype was all about and just, WOW best boom boom shrimp so light and crispy not greasy at all. And I need to come in for about 15 days straight to try all the fabulous drinks safely! Super sunset view from rooftop deck just a bit nippy at 53 degrees this NYE. 2026 will see us there again ☺️

We were going to another restaurant but it was carry out only and we didn’t want to sit outside so we came to this place and we were glad that we did so.
The food was delicious at this place!
I had bowl of clam chowder and grouper nuggets which were both delicious.
Then our son had crab cake plate which was really delicious (and very rich!). My wife had a bowl of lobster bisque which she really loved and we all shared lobster Mac and cheese which had good amount of lobster meat and since we couldn’t finish it, we took it back and ate it next day and it was still delicious reheated.
Only thing is our server was hard to find and we had to ask another server a couple times to get refill on our drinks and a check.
We’ll definitely come back to this place, though.

I wasn’t expecting to be wowed, but the mushroom and Swiss burger here absolutely delivered. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—it hit every note a burger lover could hope for. The side of asparagus was a fresh, satisfying touch, and I also sampled the chicken Alfredo, which added a creamy, comforting contrast to the meal. Honestly, that burger stole the show. I’m picky when it comes to burgers, but this one? It hit the spot.

Unbelievable ocean and sunset views. The staff is always on point and knowledgeable of the menu and drink options. The lobster ravioli, the 12oz ribeye and seafood pasta dishes are our go to. Make sure you save room for desert
