Terrible place with luxury prices. Couches are NASTY all stained with trash on them. Couches are broken and are caving… I’m certain homeless shelters have better seating. The tables are crooked and the moment you rest your arm on them they flip up. They charge nearly 10 dollars for a cappuccino. LOL. I ordered a lemon mint and after triple checking with the waitress that it had no sugar, she assured me it had 0 sugar. When the lemon mint came out it tasted as sweet as a sprite. When i told her about it she got upset because apparently she makes them and its only lemon mint and water/ice. Clearly my tongue is lying to me. 0 stars highly recommend you go anywhere else.

Huqqa Lounge is truly a gem! This place completely redefines the hookah experience with a modern and stylish touch. They offer one of the best selections of high-quality tobacco and accessories, and the hookahs are always clean and perfectly prepared. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always makes you feel welcome.
Beyond the hookah, the food is outstanding. Their Traditional Turkish Breakfast is a must-try—crispy börek, flavorful eggs, and a full spread that feels authentic and homemade. From the menu, I also recommend the lamb chops, sucuk & cheese pide, cheeseburger, Huqqa mix kebab, and Huqqa mix pizza—all delicious and prepared with great care.
The atmosphere is cozy yet lively, making it a perfect spot to relax with friends or enjoy a late-night outing. I also appreciate their extended hours (open until 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays), which makes it a great weekend destination.

The waiters openly say “we work for tips” and almost beg for tips, and adding an hourly charge to the table is not appropriate. Instead of focusing on service, the waiters spend too much time chatting with customers just to get tips, and when a customer needs something, they don’t pay attention.
The playing cards were very old and torn, and they said, “These are the only ones we have, if you want better ones, you should bring your own.” They didn’t even seem to know which department or responsibility this falls under.
I think there are serious issues with the internal management of this business. Otherwise, the owner would not allow this. We asked about it and received an unnecessary and unprofessional answer, which forced me to write this complaint.

Huqqa Lounge in Falls Church is, without a doubt, one of the worst spots I’ve ever wasted my time and money on. The second we sat down, things were already off. Our server, Waffa, couldn’t have made it more obvious that she didn’t want to deal with us. Rude, dismissive, completely checked out it felt like customer service was optional here.
The hookah was garbage. Burnt, harsh, and barely smoking. For the ridiculous prices they charge, you’d expect at least something functional. Instead, we got a headache and a whole lot of frustration.
And the part that really pushed this place into “never again” territory? The tipping situation. On top of the automatic service charge already added to the bill, Waffa made us feel extremely pressured to add another tip over $30 on top of that. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly ridiculous. No one should walk out of a lounge feeling shaken over how the tip was handled.
The vibe of the whole place matched the service chaotic, unwelcoming, and far from relaxing. Nothing about this experience was worth it.
Save your money, your patience, and your sanity. There are plenty of lounges in the area, literally any of them will treat you better than this place did.

This hookah lounge was a letdown. The service was extremely slow — we waited a long time for a server and even longer for the hookah. When it finally arrived, the flavor tasted burnt, and getting a coal change took forever.
The food wasn’t fresh, the portions were small, and although they increased the prices, the quality has gone down. The staff also seemed irritated every time we asked for help. Our server, Waffa, was extremely rude and unapologetic. We ordered a pot of tea, and it arrived exactly one hour later when we were already about to leave. The server even tried to force us to pay for it despite the delay.
Overall, it’s not worth the price. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time my experience at Huqqa Lounge in Falls Church was honestly disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or even acknowledging customers. The hookah quality was poor — Food was not the same as we used to get. The overall atmosphere also felt unorganized, not worth it for what we paid. Specially the lady who serve us Waffa, not a good server.

Great place to meet with friends and enjoy Turkish cuisine. They have super friendly staff and always tasty food and deserts. Plenty of parking anytime, so there is one less issue to worry about. Make sure to try Adana kebab, which is the most delicious meal on menu! Highly recommended.
