On the fence. I love Burger King. This location is fickle. Tonight I was prepared to give a horrible review based on past experiences with their hours never being accurate. But I lucked out at seven minutes before 11 PM. Google shows midnight, but I was informed they were about to close. I can except that. But we live in a digital age. Let’s be accurate on our hours. It’s not hard. my past experiences have been that even 11 is not accurate. Good help is hard to find these days, I respect that. But do your due diligence as a franchise in keeping your information accurate. I’ve had two refunds from ordering on the mobile app in ample time yet the restaurant was closed when I arrived. Please do better.

We came at 11:40, 20 minutes till closing. All of the workers were still there and all the lights still on. We wait at the drive thru speaker for a minute then a worker tells us they’re closed.. not much is open that late and we just wanted a quick dinner coming home from softball. They weren’t kind to us about it and they should change their times online if they are going to close early! I understand wanting to get out of there right when the clock hits 12, I used to work at Sonic.. but don’t get the job if you can’t do it right!

I’m a FEMA nurse here on assignment to help with COVID. Being new to Texas, I decided to try the “Texas double whopper meal”. Well, apparently this is what you get. I thought it was dried grease and even tried to taste it. Well that was a huge mistake! 0/10 would not recommend. Biggest waste of $11.14. STAY AWAY
