Ordered online. Called store at 1hr after order status tracker did not change from making, was – “on hold” with store for 55 minutes before hanging up. In the meantime, called corporate to report event. At 2.5 hours after order, unexpectedly received food that I did not order. (see image) Delivery driver stated that the store was staffed only “by one kid” who “tried to call in sick today” and “franchise owner trying to sell so he doesn’t care anymore. “

This place used to be our go to pizza place but no more. We’ve placed three orders here in the past two months and each order has produced dismal overcooked dried out results. Most recently we tried the Detroit style pizza only to find out they forgot to put the sauce on. Seriously? To their credit when I called they did say if I brought the pizza back they’d give us a new one—but I didn’t have the energy for another 30 minute round trip drive to get dinner. We won’t be coming back.

I’d like to give them a minus 5 stars if possible. We ordered a simple pizza and they took more than 1.5 hours to make it. This was the second time it happened. I won’t be going here again!!!

I ordered a pizza and waited for an hour before I called them. The owners brother answered and told me they don’t do deliveries any more they use door dash! He said I’m not giving you a refund. I have no idea how to figure out where my pizza is. I ordered on hungry Howies website paid delivery fee and a tip for the driver. And they don’t do deliveries? Where’s my tip money then? I paid for something that they never did! I’m pissed! And I have NO WAY OF FINDING MY PIZZA. Then the driver showed up. He doesn’t work for door dash he works for hungry Howies. He’s the delivery driver. So they do deliver. I was lied to and scammed by the owners brother.

I received these burnt cinnamon sticks for my nieces. I picked them up it’s a 15 min drive one way to get them. By the time we got to them after eating pizza we don’t have time to go back and get a edible serving. I called asking for a credit and they told me I can come in and get a new one or come in and get my money back but my only option is to come back. The person on the phone serving at 7 pm on this Sunday night refused to get a manager to help with the credit claiming the manager went home for the night. They refused to give me their name and said call back tomorrow then hung up. All I wanted was a credit for these inedible sticks

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. It got here an hour and a half later, which was fine but when we received our order the 2 garlic sauces we ordered was not there. Called the Hungry Howies and told the female that answered the phone and put me on hold and never picked back up. I then called back and a male answered the phone and I told him what happened, he then said we credited your account. I told him that we ordered the garlic butter sauce and we lived in walking distance to the location and would like what we ordered, he then said ok and hung up on me. I called back and the original female answered the phone and she said again that they credited my account and that they wasn’t coming back out to complete our order. I am not posting about their mistake but I am posting about the terrible customer service. I’ve ordered from here for years and know a lot of people around here. We will never order from here again. I SEE WHY YOUR SELLING THIS PLACE. I saw it on Facebook marketplace
