It’s so bad you wonder if it’s incompetence or deliberate. One pizza is so thick, overfilled, and all slid to one side. The cheese pizza looks burnt. Meat lovers ordered as large, comes as a medium.

This location messed up my pizza twice on two separate nights. I threw the first one out because I asked for the ranch flavored crust (seasoning) and they drizzled ranch dressing on the crust. Second time I ordered the crust had zero flavoring on it and it was burned. Throwing this one away as well. Very disappointing because my city doesn’t have hungry howies and I was craving their pizza solely for the flavored crust. When I called to ask if they have the seasoning, (trying to figure out why they never make it correctly) I was told they do but they “must have just forgot to put it on” …no option to replace it or get money back.

I order a pizza and they drop it and nobody answer the phone but the store says open it was supposed be half Peperoni half Cheese LARGE they gave me a medium. All the chesse was on the box and peperoni was only on one slice.

Went to pick up an order and the man running the counter came out in pajama pants that were falling off so we could see his underwear. I had written the store with a complaint about my pizza being undercooked and very soggy. It was not appealing at all. Tyler whom I believe is the manager, call them left me a message apologized and offered a free pizza. We now a few Weeks Later have ordered a new pizza, and it’s very good, cooked well and taste good! The delivery driver that dropped off her Pizza she was very kind when I explained to her that because the pizza was free I didn’t have a way to leave her tip on a card, so I dug for Change and end up having to give her a bunch of quarters and the dollar I had. That was a little embarrassing but she was very cool about it. Money is money 🙂 I appreciate Tyler for getting back to me and taking care of the problem
