Terrible customer service!! Quality of the pizza is garbage I’ve had better hungry howies. Ordered through phone a medium 2 topper. Went to drive thru paid then the employee couldn’t find it so I waited at window for a few min. Then he hands it to me. Thank God I opened it no pepperoni but the banana peppers were on there. I handed it back told him it was missing pepperoni. So he told me to park with no other instructions as to if someone would bring it out. So I went back in line after 10min. Next lady at window has no idea who I am when I was just at the window and she was there. Told me to park again…listen off 1 medium pizza. So I went inside with my 2 babies.. I was livid but tried my hardest to kill with kindness. Then I get home and 1 slice is wasted off a hair on slice. Didn’t see any employee with a hair net. Could be why I had a hair in my food.

5/4/2024: Placed an order at this location thru the drive thru. We were told to park our car in the parking lot. The girl didn’t tell us how long it would be and we were expecting them to bring our pizza out. We waited almost 30 minutes and decided to drive up to the window to check. Our pizza was already ready. I asked the girl how long our pizza had been sitting there for, she said 10 minutes. Mind you, we saw her in the parking lot playing on her phone. Unbelievable.
Just tried to place an order and they said they don’t deliver to my address. Even with informing them that I have been receiving deliveries from them, they weren’t comprehending. Not sure if the girl that took my call was new or not, she didn’t know what to say other than they don’t deliver to my address.

Wow, worst restaurant experience ever on 9/23/24 at 9:45 PM. There was the rudest girl working the drive-through window dark brown hair, nose ring, young (about maybe in her 20s)- – – horrible attitude even told me why she was in a bad mood because there wasn’t enough staff and I said well I tipped you doesn’t that count for anything and she goes no not right now horrible experience you should definitely look into getting rid of her or moving her off the window before she runs all your business off. She def can’t earn any tips this way.
Also we ordered & PAID for extra Pepporoni on our pizza. There was literally 1 pepperoni per slice. That’s def not extra.

Last 2 times I’ve been they have either shorted my food or messed the food up. I emailed in the first time and never heard anything back. Save your money or drive on to bartow like I’m gonna do
