Shelly was so kind! Her customer service was human and not rehearsed. I needed someone just to be nice and she made my night better. She was professional and made sure I had plates etc. I was also greeted by everyone else! The food is always hot, taste great and prepared as requested. Great location.

I’ve been to many Hungry Howies (as well as other pizza chain store fronts), but I must give my sincere recommendation to go see the team at the Amberly location. In particular, Shellie and Henry went out of their way on a late busy night to ensure my pies were made too notch and all sauces included.
Most impressive, as tired as I know they were for working so late, they both remained personable, friendly, and shined as the best representation for the company.

Ordered the taco pizza…lettuce was anemic . No shredded cheddar or taco sauce as advertised. Employees argued with me saying that’s just how they make it. When I walked in. I heard 1 employee saying that they refuse to make taco pizzas and I was lucky to have ordered online. Not so lucky..pizza was awful and only $16.50.

We went in last night to pick up a takeout order. They told us it would be ready in 30 minutes, but when we arrived just 15 minutes later, the food was already sitting out — cold, soggy, and clearly not fresh. It tasted just as bad as it looked: greasy, stale, and downright disgusting.
When we asked why the price didn’t match the advertised deal, the man behind the counter — who looked filthy and acted even worse — gave us attitude instead of a straight answer. No apology, no explanation, just instant disrespect.
To top it all off, the place was filthy. The smell inside was awful, like a septic tank had backed up in the kitchen. Trash on the floor, sticky surfaces, and an overall sense that no one there cared about cleanliness or customers.
Absolutely gross experience from start to finish. Never again.

Ordered delivery, 2.5 hours later after multiple calls they said that they “attempted delivery” after straight lying and telling me there were no drivers.
Ended up driving to the store myself and picking up my pizza after paying for delivery.
Buyer beware, this place sucks. My wings look hastily made after calling and telling them I would pick my pizza up. Order from literally any other pizza place.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit to Hungry Howie’s was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. This was my first and last visit to a Hungry Howies. The food was flat-out disgusting — barely warm, greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. When I asked about the price being higher than the advertised deal, the man behind the counter (who looked like he hadn’t washed in days) gave me an attitude instead of a simple explanation.
To make matters worse, the place was filthy. Counters were sticky, the floor was covered in crumbs and trash, and the whole place reeked like a backed-up septic system. I honestly lost my appetite the moment I walked in. Won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
