Ordered at 627 PM on a Thursday. Online showed a 45 minute wait. After an hour we called and were told they were busy but our order was coming out of the oven. After another hour without our food we called and spoke to the manager. We were told that online should have stated a 70 minute wait, which didn’t matter much because it already had been 120 minutes. Manager said it was coming out of the oven (again?) and would be on the way immediately. Ended up arriving at 936 pm, 3 hours and 9 minutes. Food quality was not up to expectations. Very disappointed.

Honestly this is the best hungry howies there is, the service is exceptional. Nick and Matt are wonderful employees. You get better service here than you do at most fancy restaurants. The pizza was cooked perfectly, super hot and tasted amazing. Would recommend 10/10. I Couldn’t even get a picture of the pizza before we started eating it because it looked so good!!

I had a sandwich and drink combo the other day, it was super. $7.99 for the combo and was super delicious. Purchased another for a coworker, pizza and a drink for $7.99. Coworker loved their’s too. Will be going back soon!! Took about 15 minutes, but well worth it…

I have been waiting for them to open, and so glad they have! The owner was there and super nice. The GM was very helpful when I was placing my order, and Jackson, who runs the front, made sure to ask where I lived, to tell me that they do deliver to my house. My pizza was perfect. Will definitely go back!

This USED to be my favorite pizzeria in town, however after my last three orders have had considerable problem’s, it no longer is. In my last order, a cheese pizza with a little bit of pineapple, the cheese was still crumbly like a cobbler pie, barely melted and had the texture of plastic. Even worse, in a quarter of my pie I pulled out a considerable amount of hair. I’m not sure I’ll ever be eating here again.

We have ordered the bacon cheeseburger stuffed crust pizza before but never at this location. This one was really bad. Over cooked and way too much sauce. I won’t order pizza from this location. Even with a discount it was still almost 20.00 for a large.

Went to Jax to get me a hungry Howie’s pizza… They know how to make it without you having to say light sauce. I say this for my Yulee hungry Howie’s and still too much sauce. It’s worth it for me to drive there rather than to keep ordering what I want and getting what they give me. No thanks.

This is my family’s go to pizza place because it is always great but the last couple times we ordered delivery it has not been. Every time it seems they always forget something even the simplest things like sauces why should I bother to tip if you can’t make sure everything is there before leaving the store? Then if you ask the driver to bring sauces they aren’t happy about it at all I get it’s annoying to drive all the way back just for that but if we paid for those sauces we should be able to get them without attitude.
