We ordered from the Howell, MI location a few times and keep getting bad results. Tonight was no different. My girlfriend asked what size I ordered because it didn’t look like a large. We ordered a large pan pizza which is advertised as a 14” x 10”. But the size is actually 13” x “9”. The pizza was also burnt, The mushrooms looked very dark and burnt. However the flash on the camera washes out the burnt edges and mushrooms. Oddly, the pepperoni, cheese, and bottom didn’t look burnt but normal. But you could really taste the burnt flavor and it overpowered the rest of the pizza. Maybe smoke? Also they didn’t do a very good job spreading out the toppings. Being this seems to be a ongoing these at this location, hopefully this serves to be a wakeup call and they improve things.

I tried to order online to no avail. When I called I had to give my order twice. Finally at the end of the order he said my discounts could not work because they were not online. On top of that he then said the credit card machine was down and the only way I can pay is cash. After the pizza arrived, it was the wrong pizza. It had a missing topping and little sauce. The person I talked to argued the topping wasn’t on receipt. I was intentionally polite and said I’d just post a review. He was rude and said he did not have to serve me if I was going to disrespect him. I then asked for a manager and asked if they recorded conversations, I honestly were hoping they did. The manager identified as general manager was polite and offered either $10 or another pizza 40 min later. He did say he would take care of the rude employee. Wanted to add all this as I strive to honestly review food places. Smh at this point they should give pizzas away. Where is a pizza hut when you need one.
