I ordered through DoorDash for pick up and when I picked up the pizza, it was a pepperoni pizza instead of what i ordered which was a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and bacon, which Cajun crust, when i called up there to see if I could get the correct pizza, I was meet with a very rude manger who said I was wrong and she packed the pizza her self and that she couldn’t replace the pizza because it was put in by a 3rd party app, but door dash did not give me the wrong pizza, they did, when I went back up to the restaurant to get the pizza replace I was told no by the nice cashier, because her nasty manager would not replace it, even though they gave me the wrong pizza, January 8, 2026. 7:20pm

You have a curly-haired guy at the reception desk who doesn’t give orders to Uber Eats delivery drivers if they don’t have a bag, and he doesn’t offer a pizza bag himself. There aren’t many delivery drivers with bags, and your establishment is losing customers because of this guy, as customers have no choice but to cancel their orders. This happened on February 6th at 7:50 p.m., and the same thing happened several months ago – a customer canceled an order because of him, and I also wasted 15 minutes getting to your establishment. As a result, I didn’t earn anything, the customer didn’t receive the order, and you lost money! Either fire your foolish employee or stop this nonsense with deliveries only being allowed with a bag. Other Hungry Howie’s pizzerias don’t have this kind of problem.

Inside of calzone pizza deluxe wasn’t cooked all the way the bread was dough soft and cheese not melted and pepperoni was not cooked all the way as well. The manager was nice to replace and make another one but the same thing happened again

I just never seen chicken this small. It creeped me out. Some of the pieces were so suspect that we didn’t even eat any of it.I can’t believe that someone would pack up some of these pieces and send it off. Very disappointed. I’ve eaten here before and never had this problem. Cheese pizza was good and the salad was okay too. It would have been nice to eat it with wings.
