Thanks to the manager Matt and the team. I placed a large order and Matt was the one I spoke with on the phone, very helpful and precise. He helped me figure out how many pizza’s I needed to feed a crowd and helped me figured out and coupons he could apply. When I went to pick up my order, all the pizza’s were ready and hot. Two team members helped carry all the pizza’s to my car.

EDIT..it’s been about 4 times we ordered and all I ask for is lite sauce,well done and for some reason they act like I’m asking for something difficult walked in today place an order I opened the box told him it wasn’t well done I asked for well done and please put it back in the oven for a few minutes. The guy that was cashing me out close the box and said we’ve already put it in the oven twice I will not be coming back here again.it’s annoying to have to ask for something thts already asked for prior to pick up they refuse to put it back or make it over again bc they’re lazy and don’t want to work
Finally found a place where they get the order right!!!! I love the breadsticks and the the dipping sauce I also love the staff that works there. They are very nice and will accommodate you if you ever have any issues.

This is the third time in a row my online ordered pizza is missing toppings that are very clearly listed and paid for this place is a block down the street from me but I’m at the point of convenience be damned I want pizza the way I ordered it not whatever you feel like giving me and I don’t have enough time to wait for a remake and still eat every time there are only so many minutes in a day I was polite and ordered ahead when you do me this way the point is moot Howies was one of my first jobs idk what happened to this one the “new staff” excuse only works so many times

But this one is amazing. Pizza is always fresh and hot. Never had an issue here at all other ones. I’ve always had a problem with. Was skeptic on ordering from here? But glad I changed my mind. Their pizza is awesome and there’s salads.

Horrible delivery service through Doordash and online tracking. Ordered the pizzas and the the online tracking had the “Make” status for almost an hour. I called the store just in case something was wrong and the person told me that the pizza had already left the store and told me to check the front as Doordash may have left it there. I never told Hungry Howies or Doordash to leave anything in the front yard. My family has been starving and waiting to hear the doorbell but that never happened. One of my kids went to see and there it was the order waiting for who knows how long. It was cute that she said “at least it was in the sun” so hopefully it will still be warm”. This is the second time Hungry Howies in Keego Harbor messes up (first time with overcharging and Manager never called us back — keep the $40 extra charge) and I am not sure I am giving them another chance.
