Order a Calzone and boneless chicken wings through the app. The app never updated so I kept waiting for it to tell me my food was done. I sat in my car during a storm trying to decide whether to get my food. I went in and my food was done. The app never did update until long after I was at home.

Order from here today and when I got there I tried to do the curbside pickup but it wasn’t working. So I called and ask if someone could bring it out. Person that answered didn’t understand what I was saying. Just that I paid for it already. I repeated myself and said I HAVE A NEWBORN IN THE CAR, I TRIED TO PUT MY NUMBER IN FOR CURBSIDE IT DIDN’T WORK. Can someone bring it out to me. The time it took him to check for my food and ask someone. He could’ve brought it out. I was right there in front of the window. Instead he comes back and says it’s ready unfortunately there to busy to bring out. I explained again I have newborn in the car to take her put and come in and grab the pizza would be to difficult. Plus there was people in three. Small area for pick-up. Instead he still said no. So I ask for refund and was put on hold and the told 3-5 business days. Have no receipt of this so hopefully it was done. However now you have wasted pizza and stuffed bread. That could’ve been brought out to me. In less time than we spent on the phone. Busy or not I paid for my food I’m just as important as the rest of the customers. I only went because they had the curbside option. An if it’s not available then take it off your site. I will not be back all I want is my refund and I will go to another Hungery Howies or another pizza place from now on.

I don’t know what happened to you guys since covid happened but your Pizza has gotten horrible it’s either undercooked or overcooked besides the fact that you guys don’t answer your phone anymore you have to call three four times to get through and then when you come up there you’ll stand there for 10 minutes and nobody will even come to the counter you think by replacing someone’s order the next time they come is satisfying your customer but it’s not you should make sure that their pizza and chicken is right the first time they come I don’t want to have to come back and sit and wait for my food to be done or wait until next time to get what I wanted today
