I had a very disappointing experience at Hungry Howie’s on Saturday evening. The customer service was poor, and the two employees working at the time were rude. Instead of focusing on customers, they kept walking in and out of the store and didn’t seem interested in helping anyone.
When I came in, I expected basic service and professionalism, but that wasn’t what I received. It felt like customers were being ignored, and the attitude from the staff was not welcoming at all.
A pizza place should at least provide friendly service and pay attention to the people ordering food. I hope management looks into this and reminds their employees how important customer service is.

Ordered one of their new Detroit style pizzas for delivery. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and inedible. There’s no excuse for this, how do you look at this pizza and think it’s perfectly fine to send out to a customer???

I’d love to review the quality of the food here, but they just don’t deliver. Don’t order on the app from here. They’ll ignore the order, make you wait over an hour to then cancel your order. Yes, this has happened multiple times. Go to the location in Hazel Park. They know how to treat a customer.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered delivery comes through DoorDash. Dasher picks up two orders after my order takes those first so my food gets to me. It’s cold. No tamper seal on the box so I don’t know what this person did to my food. And they just throw the ranch cups on my food Absolutely disgusting. I was really disappointed with my order this time. The pizza itself was burnt but the way they cut it was ridiculous. Every slice was normal except for one giant slice that was the size of three regular slices combined. It made sharing super awkward and just felt lazy.
I expect a pizza place to at least cut the slices evenly, and this was just sloppy. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
Would I order again? Maybe, but only if they step up their attention to detail.

Been going here sense I was a kid always good pizza. (Update) guy working there has no hairnet but long hair and had this hoodie with thumbwholes in it and you can see pizza crap all over it. So they dont use gloves either. Its appalling to think this is how its been ran sense in as a child.
