Tl;dr: Terrible service, zero accountability; one of the employees flipped me off.
I have never left a review online before, but I made a yelp account just to do this, because this was terrible.
I ordered a regular pretzel bites. The lady behind the register paused for a few seconds, seeming confused. I asked her if she could hear me, and she said “yes”, then grabbed a bowl of bites.
As it turns out, she gave me a bowl of cinnamon sugar bites. Clearly she had not understood what I said, but had not bothered to follow up and clarify. She carelessly guessed and moved on.
I then returned and politely explained that she had given me the wrong order. She seemed confused and upset. I explained it again in Spanish, which I believe is her native language. She then seemed to understand her mistake, but rather than apologizing or taking accountability, but she simply told me “no. $8.” I asked her to clarify what she meant in Spanish, and she angrily told me that I could not trade my order in for what I had originally asked for. Frustrated, I paid again and bought a new regular pretzel bites. As I walked away, she said something to her coworker, and when I looked back, he flipped me off.
I then returned to try to talk the situation out with the lady and the guy who had flipped me off. They were both very hostile and refused to engage in conversation. I asked if they had a preferred language and told them that I didn’t want to have to leave a bad review, but that if they wouldn’t talk to me, I would have to leave the review.
To whoever runs this franchise: I was here on 2/15/26 around lunch time. I ask that you consider talking to your employees about this and, if they dont respond professionally, I suggest you replace them.
Ideally, you’d find someone who understands English better… but at a bare minimum, employees should have enough kindness and motivation to deliver quality service that they care enough to follow up when they don’t understand what a customer wants. Also at a bare minimum, employees should take accountability when they do make a mistake. If the policy is to not allow for a refund or trade-in, I’d suggest changing that… but if that must be the policy, employees should be able to articulate it clearly and politely. Finally, with the male employee flipping me off, I think the issue is self-evident. If I was his manager, I would fire him on the spot for it.

Do not eat at this place please! This location is entirely and maliciously taking advantage on inflation. To the point where their raising their prices almost every week or two. Every time I have disappointingly and forcibly came back to this location, their prices on their menu skyrockets. Pretzel dogs at this location is 8-almost 9$ for a small cup of pretzel dogs! I can get a biggie bag from Wendy’s, and 3 small frosties along with it. Not to mention the customer service was very ignorant, rude, and terrible. The guy look like he hated working there and every time he talked it would be like a Mumble or whisper then when you ask him what did he say? He would respond back with an angry demeanor and tone because he has to repeat himself, from mumbling!
