Placed an order over the phone and paid by card. When the delivery driver arrived he gave me a total I told him I already paid so he had to call to verify which took a couple of minutes. However pizza getting cold and they should have had that info on the receipt anyway. I get my order which I had wings with barbecue sauce but it barely had any sauce on them, and my pizza was just warm not hot we had to microwave it before eating.
Update 10-31-2025 I just called to place a order the lady that took my order was so rude and disrespectful I asked her to repeat my order and she repeated it wrong so I corrected her. I told her about the problem I had with my wings barely having any sauce on them from the last time and she said well we only put a little in the bowl, I said just make sure and she said ok very stank and hung up the phone I wasn’t even done. So I called back to cancel the order and try to talk to someone but it was too busy to talk to somebody in charge. Poor customer service I I won’t be spending my money at this location again. Hopefully this issue is addressed

I’ve ordered from these guys for years ! Had the same driver for months ! Didn’t receive 2 subs and the cookie was raw and the pizzas received was under cooked ! Called ba ck to tell them I never received the subs and the pizzas and cookie was not baked properly! They said they would get back to me in 5 minutes and I called them back in half hour when nobody got back with me . They said the driver said I got my subs ? They also said the pizza were fine as well as the cookie? Never got the subs and the pizzas and cookie was definitely undercooked! SMH
I’ll never order from them again! Rude , unprofessional and anything to avoid accountability! Simply a bad vibe and money wasted ! Best to avoid ? 3 star rating that deserves less then 2 ! The worst !

Called a very simple order in for a pickup. It was just one med veggie pizza. When I got there I was told it would be a few more min. About 30+ min later, I went back up to the counter & Was informed it wasnt even started yet. I supposedly wasnt even in the system , even though when I first came in & gave my name, I was told exactly what I had ordered and charged. The man at the register repeatedly went in the back to enquire about my pizza also. I paid for pizza, I did not get & have not yet been reimbursed as I was promised!!! I also left a $5 cash tip & I hope the man with the eye patch that was running the register kept it!!! He was the only one there, it seemed, with any kind of integrity!

This was my first time having HH in years. Why no one told me I was missing out .
Food was hot, fresh, and absolutely DELICIOUS!!! To top it off custom service was A1. As I stated I haven’t been to a HH in years so I didn’t know what I wanted. They were patient with me and helped when I had questions – I didn’t feel as if I was being annoying. Thank you HH team, I will definitely be back.

They only use doordash for delivery and they mess up every single time. Christopher was supposed to be the driver… and he got lost? Then forgot the order? Then they were just to busy ? When is going on in their?? Get it together its been a year of consistent issues with deliverys

I stopped at the Hoover and Warren location a few weeks ago when leaving work.
My experience for the first time was great and customer service was the best.
The food was fresh and delicious. My grandson’s and I enjoyed every bite lol.
It was after 10pm on a Friday when I went and one of the HHP gentlemen employees was so kind to help me to my car with my food.

Extremely RUDE!! Tried to place an online order twice and was told they couldn’t honor it over the phone which is fine but don’t get into a pissing match.. offer me a different deal.. it’s that easy.. the manager here was nothing more than an entry level like employee with even more attitude and cluelessness than the first , will never order here ever again

This location is a little out of the way for me but I started coming to this one a long time ago because the people are nice and never had an issue with my orders. Ordered online tonight and got a call minutes later. Seems they found an error I did in my order and I didn’t know about it (forgot to add cheese to my pizza ). Glad they noticed, caught me and made sure it was right. Very nice people, great food and promos. In fact I ended up getting this pizza for free tonight.

So disappointed in my service yesterday. I ordered 4 things. 2 were right. When I received my pizza it was burnt to a crisp and instead of remaking it they made me return the burnt pizza, which i have never had to return food as proof before! and then proceeded to make me wait for it to be made. I also made sure to ask if I had icing in my cinnamon bread box and the man assured me it was in there. It was not. Probably won’t visit this location again.
