Not too happy about my experience, any time at this location. There was a promotion on the app and on the window advertising 2 meals, but the 2 sandwiches on the picture that they advertised weren’t part of the actual promo. We asked the cashier and she had no clue. The soda machine inside was so nasty looking. Like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were no lids for drinks. No napkins, no ketchup. The lady didn’t give me receipt or a number for when my order was ready. Both sandwiches were soggy and gross. I got a crispy chicken, and it was not crispy at all. And it wasn’t even busy.

Which chose this location because we were dining with my three-year-old grandson & lobby is own. Food was horrible, our cheese sticks were dried out they replaced them. I wouldn’t serve it to my dog.When I brought it to the manager’s attention he offered To make me fresh. We should have never been served burnt patties or dried out chicken nuggets to begin with.

The prices are getting higher and they ignored customers, wait for about a half hour then lectured them they had to ask and they did numerous times.

Ice cream is only half filled in cups when ordered

Ignores customers, then claims they weren’t aware of the order but the app rang the notification it was ready 2 minutes after! Ridiculous!

No employees Saturday May 11, 2024 10 Am not open, 11:45 Am, drive through only.

THIS BURGER KING LOBBY IS CLOSED TODAY THE MANAGER STATED. THE LOBBY IS CLOSED COMPLETELY.

Small dab ice cream doesn’t even cover the base as it’s supposed to. This, after waiting for the doors to open, if you walked, you’d be out because they refuse to give the food to you walking up. The thin tall male manager did that.
*SMH* All I can think of going through my head is the commercials, Have it your way! And then thinking of the way ice cream services started back in times gone by, see the food history channel shows!

Customer service for higher pay, more of that please, that’s all the customers would like.

Have it your way! Simple, courteous service with a smile ☺️, it’s not the customers fault at all your short handed and employees all show up much later than 10 Am opening time.

No employees are showing up, they fail to say sorry to customers, the manager gave an all dan ice cream, of all service have it your way, so called, he should and does definitely know better. He failed to apologize to customers for no lobby open, give a tony ice cream after all the hassle finding out tgd hard way, walking around.

This Burger King , YOUR NOT HAVING ANYTHING YOUR WAY! PASS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

THIS IS WHY ALL OTHER FAST FOOD PLACES ARE LOADED WITH CUSTOMERS SATURDAY.

Why are the employees not coming in on time or at all at this Burger King location.

You are denied the freestyle they advertised and no refills this way. No one is having ANYTHING their way. Making Burger King company look like a clown circus for even using such a slogan.

Bottom line, if you’re unable as a manager (male one,tall,thin, that bounces up and down in the lobby shouting having a temper tantrum not working but guarding the drink machine and harassing customers at $20+ an hour) no name tag on.

: “If you’re unable to make a cone or want to be cheap to your customer, smallest and worst ever of ANY BURGER KING, you cannot be trusted or are unable, perhaps both, of making food orders of a much larger quantity.” and

: “If you’re not able to serve customers properly of a small amount, your not able to serve any customers.” You need to do right first, then they, the customers (having it their way), will then decide if they spend there, more or less.

Customers you short or have store issues might come back, but they will tend to buy less. You need to lead as manager, your employees and customers deserve much better. You can do better, improve by just providing simple top service, no one’s fault, not customers fault you have store issues!

If you understand you’re closed to customers that want to use the ‘freestyle’ machine, the amount is not the issue, getting what they want in your closed lobby, at 11:45 Am is!
The drive through posts all advertise the freestyle, make your own flavors machine that is in the lobby!

They’re also supposed to be able to get the flavors they want.

Fix the issue of your employees, do the best by everyone, them and your customers!

Lobby is supposed to open on time! You’re the issue with your location!

Your lobby is supposed to be open, on time, customers walking cannot wait for enough employees to show up or you to want to open your lobby! You represent Burger King!

Wanted to get some breakfast chose Burger King in Belle Vernon close to home and on the way to church. Ordered the sausage croissant meal wanted a frozen coke. Wanted it for dine in. Got it In a to go bag. Frozen drink machine wasn’t ready to allow for them to serve any. The manager (I think she was) was like the machine isn’t at the frozen serving point give it a few minutes. She then proceeded to grab the broom and dust pan. Sweep a few things up. Put the broom back. Never washed her hands before checking the frozen drink machine. I ask for a regular drink cup and something to offset the upcharge I paid. She proceeded to tell me the large drink cup actually cost more than the frozen coke. At which time I walked away and just filled my drink cup. So poor service and being rude to a customer has been the norm for BK for quite awhile at this location. I would have never done any of these things when working in the fast food industry. It is a terrible time in this world that kindness and good customer service is the thing of the past.

I am a regular customer of Burger King, but recently I have experienced repeated problems with my orders. For the fourth time, I have ordered a large size meal, but each time I receive a medium or small sized order instead.

For example, the fries are often of poor quality—sometimes stale or insufficient in quantity. Yesterday and today, I ordered a double burger, but I received a single burger in a small size. This is very disappointing as I always place my order clearly and expect to receive exactly what I paid for.

Please look into this matter and improve the quality of your service. It is important to respect and meet customer expectations.

Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru before someone even spoke to us. Then after ordering we were overcharged for our food. The deal on the sign said 2 for $6. The manager at the window said the sign was wrong. I looked online and sandwiches were still 2 for $6. The manager then “gave” us a free sandwich to try to appease us by not charging us for one of our whoppers…. Between the 8 sandwiches we paid $12 more than we should have. Came home to find our 9 piece chicken finger meal was not in the bag. Went back out to get my daughter’s meal. Went inside. Told the manager the sign outside still said 2for $6. Then flashing right next to her was another sign saying 2 for $6. Her exact words “that’s a corporate issue. They are not 2 for $6”. Fine, got my daughter’s food and came home. I opened my chicken sandwiches to find them on a round burger bun. Not going back here anytime soon.

Spent almost $15 on 3 cheeseburgers, a fry and a milkshake. The burgers were so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were hot and seemed fairly fresh but didn’t even fill up the fry box, the milkshake was good but wasn’t mixed up all the way. The employee seemed to not even want to talk to us. Very disappointed.

Id love to give this horrific place a zero but can’t.
We arrived and went up to the counter and ordered our food (if u can call it that) we received it but the tea thay have is just peace tea from the soda machine when I asked if thay had brewed tea I was told we r not McDonald’s no we don’t with an adatude. The chicken tasted funny have way through the samwiche and thay forgot the cheese I asked for the onion rings were floppy and when my dad got a water (sence he can’t do to much sugar) that dent refund his drank and it was more expensive than the large soda will not be returning to this BK

Place is absolutely disgusting . Wait in line 5 min on drive through and the girl that answers has an attitude . 18 minutes and the orders wrong . Pass poor work attitude and walk in to get it corrected and they said that’s not what you ordered . I know exactly what I ordered and will not return to this poor excuse for a burger King. Employees are rude . And service takes forever . Nowonder there getting replaced by kiosks . Cheese sticks were inedible hard and cold like they uave been there N hr plus
