Man I use to love this place. Ordered again tonight under my brothers name. Just horrible. Ordered 2 Flatbreads and wings. Flatbread were so hard and dry and wings had to be old because they were so hard I couldn’t even chew it. $40 down the drain that I couldn’t even eat. The best part was the 2L pepsi. Smh, shame on you. Do better!

NEVER AGAIN! So gross!! Not one thing is cooked correctly. Pizza is supposed to be well done and clearly the sub is saturated in grease. 2 bites in and nothing but raw dough and grease. No cheese on the 3 cheese bread. Cookie is raw. Can’t even eat it! And all for almost $50!! What a joke!!

I placed a big order for our community Halloween party and this location was not only close, but they hit home for giving us an outstanding order that was ready on time! All pizzas were packed with toppings and tasted fresh! I used the mobile app to place the order which was user-friendly and convenient. I called the morning of to make a special request of having the pizzas sliced into (10 instead of 8), and they were very accommodating! Highly recommend!

I ordered a medium pizza & a sub. I was keeping tabs on the howie track so I knew when to go in, it said my order was in review (20 mins after my order was placed which is normal) so I waited a couple more minutes and then I went inside.
Tell her my order name and she says a few more minutes, but I ended up sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, so 40 minutes after I placed my pickup my order was finally ready.
I finally heard someone say “what’s going on with Kalli’s order she’s been out there awhile” and then 15 seconds later someone brings my order to the counter, no explanation or anything.
Get home, and the pizza you can tell was sitting for 40+ mins, while my sub was piping hot.
I assume there was a mess up, but was told nothing and it’s just unprofessional.
The pizza was not enjoyable at all. I used to manage a jets pizza, and the least I would have done for something like this was offer a free 2 liter for the inconvenience, but nope nothing.
Just really irritating. Would rather go to a different location.

Add other bad experiences but today was probably the worst. Last week had oven-baked sub mix and match was very pleased plenty of meat and mushrooms so today I said you know they were so good last week I’m going to try them again . Ordered mushroom steak and cheese oven baked subs.Pick them up tonight very little meat on them know no mushrooms at all that I can see just mostly cheese. None of the people working preparing the food had gloves on touch of money touching dirty dishes Had all their hands and all the different items it definitely will be a while before I return! If I ever do it all..

3 stars for service and speed of service… this is the closest hungry Howie’s to me. I love this pizza chain- grew up on it and it’s amazing to me! The only reason I gave the rating for this location is because, one time, after ordering through the app at least 35 minutes in advance, when I pulled up, I waited over 12 minutes out front. Didn’t bring out napkin or utensil the first! This is the latest time that I placed an order here. Other orders have been 3-4 hours to close of the store. The pizza was made very well though! That’s the caveat- good pizza, OK service!

This place is a hit or miss, it really depends on who’s working. I ordered a well done stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce. I got a floppy lightly cooked lightly sauce pizza. My salad was also wrong. They also forgot my extra dipping sauce which I was charged for. Time to check out Carlo’s across the street.

This is probably the best Hungry Howie’s in the area. It’s been awhile since I’ve had Howie’s because the location closest to me isn’t great. After stopping in here just to try it with a coupon, I was blown away by how great it tasted and how well prepared it was. I have been back several times since over the past few months and it’s great every time.
