I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I called because I placed an online order, it said my delivery would be here in 60 mins, after 57 mins it said my pizza was just put in the oven. As a manager at Pizza Hut I know how this works. 10-15 mins to cook the pizza and 10-30
Mins to deliver it depending on how busy you are. I called and spoke to the manager “Rachel” expressing my concern about my delivery potentially being 30 minutes late and was overly polite. I was instantly hung up on. I called back and was accused as a liar saying that they didn’t have my order even though the app confirmed it, they didn’t even ask for my name, phone number, or email. They didn’t even try and look to see if I placed an order. From the rip I was accused as a liar and an scammer. I then asked for corporates number and was denied it. Horrible customer service and my pizza showed up almost an hour late.

Pizza showed up over 30 minutes late and and howie bread didn’t have extra cheese even though I requested and payed for extra cheese. Crust had no flavoring even though I requested garlic. Delivery driver said they “didn’t have a copy of the receipt” when I asked for it.

Ordered delivery the pizza was fine but the Cajun bread, there was enough seasoning to kill a horse. I’ve gotten Cajun bread before and it did not have anywhere near as much seasoning, this was extreme and there was so much oil. The one picture I scraped off some of the seasoning, I could barely eat it and I love Cajun seasoning.

Ordered 2 calzones and cheese bread without Cheddar cheese. When the food arrived the bread had cheddar, which is not what i paid for. When i called they said i would have to drive up to the place to get a replacement. I called back again as i was furstrated and they did not belive me. I paid for a service i did not get,basically they messed up and told me we dont care about you our staff says it was right. I used to run a howies before these people were prob even born, i know whay cheddar looks like and tastes like. They should have said hey we will give you a credit or sorry even, or we will bring one out.but no they dont care about customers. Money is not worth what it was, dont spend it here.

SO DELICIOUS!!!! It’s been a while since I’ve had HH. But after just devouring some pizza and wings, it’s fair to say they have only gotten better with time. A true Michigan pizza. Always made exactly how you ask for it. And they even used a coupon for me and saved me $2 without me even having asked. All around great HH location. Will be back sooner this next time.

First time here. I had to call because the website was giving me issues. Perfect customer service. Super polite and helpful. Went up there to get the pizza, it was absolutely delicious. Also the building was really cool inside and out.

Update. 11 months went by so I ordered my daughter‘s favorite pizza and they definitely made up for the awful service last time. Not sure if new employees or new manager but hopefully they keep it!
Update. Called today in time just to get a small cheese pizza with no sauce because their sauce doesn’t sit well with my daughter but she loves their crust and they first tried to charge me 25$ than 19$ so I paid at first since I promised her but saw on website 6.99 for small 2 topping. Called them back and told the other guy who answered wondering why less ingredients would cost more and he just said because the deal is for a two topping pizza. You can usually subtract an ingredient without any change in price so I’m confused as I’ve ordered here before with a deal and never had an issue.
It’s been a minute since I ordered from here though so who knows.
Definitely switching pizza places though.
Had no idea they don’t deliver past 7 . Just thought I would post for others to be aware.

My pizza was overdone, there was almost no sauce, and half the seasoning was concentrated on the crust of a single slice (see photo). I’m not sure why they would feel comfortable handing this out.

I order my pizza at 6:53pm was told that my pizza would be delivered in about 45 minutes called back after hour and they said we only have one driver and it should be there in five minutes I waited 10 minutes and called again and I asked if it was there and the employee said no it should be here in five minutes I understand that one driver but this is ridiculous worst service I have ever experienced won’t be getting delivery from here again or ordered here
