The pictures should explain everything. I ordered Bacon Stuffed Howie Bread and pizza. The Howie Bread was burnt and the inside was not done, and it was ham. My pizza was also burnt but not as bad as the Howie Bread. The other issue was the managers attitude! She told me I could just bring it back and she would replace it. I explained to her that it was delivery and I could not come up there. She then suggested a credit on my next order. I just told her to refund my card and she agreed. She never apologized, she acted like I was the problem, and hung up on. I will NEVER eat here again!!!!! Customer Service was terrible as well was the order!!

We got it to go, but it was sooooo good! Go for the cheese stuffed crust. It’s delicious. Also, order via the app and check out the “secret menu”. Our kiddos were so excited about the rainbow cheese pizza!

Ordered a “ the works pizza” – got home and it was an onion pizza, picked it up at 430 pm , put it in our oven on warm bc we had things to do, looked at it later and found it was only a red onion pizza – called back to ask for it to be remade and my husband who was already out to pick up another correct pizza. – they refused , didn’t believe me , i offered to send a pic to the girl who said she was manager and she “hung up on me” and said the pizza had to be brought back. I even tipped them on the app before I picked up pizza. Called back and talked to a male who also claimed to be a manager and refused to fix another pizza until we brought in the other “ onion pizza” in which we did. My husband called back to have new one made and he had to go back up there , present the pizza , and wait on a new one.

I ordered a cheese pizza with 3x the ranch. I’ve never had a pizza that ends up looking like this. I asked politely if the guy cutting and boxing accidentally messed up by putting 3x the butter but they said “this is what it always looks like” and the ranch “doesn’t show.” I’ve had Hungry Howies in 4 different states because I travel for work and I’ve NEVER had a pizza look like this. Even when she handed me the box after I said can I get some more ranch on the crust, butter was SEEPING on her leg from the box. It’s very unfortunate they didn’t even offer to remake the pizza. The crust is the big reason I go to howies. My advice to people coming here is to always check your pizza before you leave the store. I should of had them remake the pizza but I figured I would take their word if they added more ranch. I’ve eaten 2 slices so far and still taste absolutely no ranch on the crust and taste nothing but a buttery, soggy, doughy cheese pizza. What a bummer.

First visit to Hungry Howie’s and was very impressed. They have 4 slice 8″ pizzas, the garlic crust was delicious. Was 15 minutes walking in to leaving w pizza. Customized with black olives and mushrooms. Definitely will return.

How hard is it to mess up pizza? Bad service is how. I had to yell into the kitchen to get help after standing at the counter for a couple minutes. Then despite their website saying you got both marinara sauce and ranch, she told me it didn’t come with marinara sauce. Nor did she offer me any. Great way to upsell. Then several pieces of pizza barely had cheese on them despite paying for extra cheese.
