I eat here at least twice a month. Have been for about 10 years. Because I only live 1.8 miles away. The service is usually really good. So is the food. But l have had a few small issues that have kind of added up over the last couple of visits. Last two times l got a Greek Salad there were no Greek Peppers on my salad. That may sound like a small thing. But l really like my Greek Peppers. I expect them on there. If they’re out of stock let me know and I’ll ask for a couple of slices of Banana Peppers instead.
Last time l got a large Italian Sub there was no Sub Dressing in the box. That can make for a fairly dry and bland sub. So please remember the dressing.
But my biggest problem was the medium pepperoni pizza l got time before last. I asked for garlic flavored crust. I don’t know if they forgot and accidentally seasoned it twice. Or if they stumped their toe and spilled the whole jar on my pizza! It was all over the pizza. Not just the crust. It was SO SALTY it was pretty much inedible. I work night shift at the hospital and had carried it to work. So it was like 3am before l realized the problem. I did manage to choke down two pieces because I was starving. But it literally made the roof of my mouth raw it was so salty. I let a co-worker have a piece and he could only handle one bite. He laughed, spit it out and we threw the rest away.
Overall though I usually enjoy Hungry Howie’s. It’s usually good. Just please watch out for these mistakes. They start to add up over time….

I order 3 73 clazsic pizzas and they charged me 55.52$ and when I went back and told the manager about it he fix the problem and I asked how much was it going to be for the recipe and it was 35.61$ and told me that my money would be refunded within 3 or 4 days depending on my bank. Ok but when I got home i opened then and for my surprise there weren’t 73 slices of pepperoni like the add says I would’ve come bsck but time is precious for me . They got to do something about this…

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED . It took them nearly 2 hours to deliver my order ! When I called to check on my order they told me they didn’t have my order and I must’ve called the wrong store . So I called the other store to confirm . I indeed placed my order with the right store , as I’m calling them back the delivery driver calls me saying my food will arrive in 3 mins . Look at this food ! Not even worth my money ! Where is the pepperoni? The pizzas are skimpy ! under cooked! I waited 2 hours for bad customer service and low quality pizza ! And they didn’t give me any sauce for my cheese sticks, or add my chosen flavor to my crust I suggest y’all take a drive to their other location !

Ordered on the phone, and I was told it would be a 25 minute wait. I waited 15 additional minutes in the parking lot for insurance. I went into the store, and I was told they didn’t submit my order. The associate told me she was new, and they are short handed. I asked for a manager, and another associate came up not willing to resolve the issue. I will never come back.

I have ordered from this location several times. It has been the same thing every single time. The female that works at night is always playing on her phone. She takes a long time to even come to the counter and the food is either never done or hasn’t been started.
I don’t leave tips for service like this! I also will not be back to this location. The hygiene is something to be desired.
Customer service is nonexistent since I got attitude all for her not doing her job.
