I had the pleasure of visiting a few weeks ago and have always had the intention of writing them a review because this place deserves its recognition.
Atmosphere is nothing unique; some seating area to dine-in and some signs but nothing that stands out. The cooking station seems organized and neat.
Service was excellent. The lady was a bit more quiet but the man working the grill had a great attitude. I asked for extra onions even though it already with onions and he said “don’t worry I’ll do it for you” with a smile. For me, this goes a long way because it told me that he was happy to accommodate.
Food – I got a mushroom burger and a normal cheeseburger with fries. Normally I would dissect the burger but honestly it was a really good burger. The sauce really stood out the burger as sometimes a lot of burgers can be one-dimesional in terms of taste. The beef was good just like a smashed patty should be and I did notice that the fat to beef ratio was definitely higher than most locations. Toppings were loaded (thanks for the onions) but also fresh. I don’t ask for tomatoes, but I did notice they are nicely thick cut. The fries were good but a little overcooked for my liking but I will say first 2 fries had me thinking mcdonalds..
The only negative takeaway from the burger I had was the rendered fat pooled at the bottom of the wrapper. I took it to go but unpacked and ate it right in the car so it’s not ideal.
Also, I’d suggest taking the time to build the burger. It was not busy, just myself and another customer. They built both orders burgers with pickles piled on top of each other so I had really pickly bites and then none. The upside is they didn’t cheap out on pickles so I just had to rearrange.
All in all, 100% would visit this place again! Well done to the owners for nailing a great burger. Keep it up.

At the time of writing, this will be the 640th public review, with a score of 4.9 stars. There is absolutely a reason for that; the food is stellar! The burger I had (mushroom smasher) was way bigger than I expected, a fantastic price and very delicious. The only criticism would be the fries, as they were hard and overall not great. Otherwise I will definitely be coming back here (menu and specials as of 01/13/26)

Cheeseburger fries and a drink for $8.99. You can’t beat it.
They have a different special everyday.
But my friend and I decided to pay a little extra for a double burger because a lot of places have small patties. Well , we found out , not this place !
Next time I’ll probably just have one patty lol

Wonderful little spot near Mac for tasty burgers and poutine at a good price! The fried chicken burger was massive and crispy with perfectly grilled chicken. The fries in the poutine were fresh and dud not taste frozen at all. Really surprised at size and portions because you cannot get this value at any chain burger restaurant. I am looking forward to trying other items on their menu. The staff are very friendly and polite, they brought the meal to my table and checked in if everything was to my liking. They have a quick order tablet at the front and despite a few orders ahead of me, the food came out quickly. Do not miss out on trying this place if you are hungry, they are burger pros!

Finally went to Hungry Dude in Hamilton . Hands Down the biggest best tasting burger yet! I ordered the tripple onion smash.I asked can I get a combo.The owner said trust me you don’t need a combo. Man was he right!
It took 6 or 7 tries just to get ahold of it.I ended up having to take the tomatoes off. What a handful.It had to be damn near 2lbs! Even real cheddar cheese on it.
Only $16.99 Definitely worth the drive to Hamilton for this well seasoned juicy BEAST.

Amazing place! The burgers were incredibly fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything tasted homemade and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. You can really tell they care about quality. Definitely one of the best burger spots I’ve tried. I will 100% be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Most delicious snached burger I ever had. You can still freshness in the food . Very professional done . Amazing everything. A one burger might be enough for two people.
